one has the right to question scriptures where its not clear but when its a clear salvinical doctrine then well one likely isn't saved and ougnt not to teach.one cant be a pastor and doubt that the son of man came to die at the cross!
Which is not the point. They are a Baptist school, regardless, and have a policy of literal, inerrant interpretation. Seibert refused to adhere to that policy, defying the codicils to which he agreed when he accepted a position on the faculty. Therefore, he is wrong, knowingly wrong. He should have resigned, then he wouldn't have been fired.
And by the way, there are six Southern Baptist seminaries -- not a "the" Southern Baptist Seminary.
