Not for me,I'm not a conserative.I left that a few years ago.I'm closest to Libertarian.

What a horrible, condescending, judgemental and Un-Christian like statement to make concerning a brother in Christ for simply expressing his opinion on the ever worldly field of politics. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Christ_empowered has done nothing on this forum but try to express his joy in the Lord amongst his continuing struggles with dealing with the flesh nature in this unforgiving and cruel world, and I have never perceived any of his comments to be anything less than simple honesty, whether you may agree with him or not. And yet you seek to put a brother in Christ down for what, because your fruit has withered on the vine as you have become a bitter and angry old man full of hate toward those whom disagree. You claim to know your Bible, but the gospel of Christ is lost on you. As one who has received the word among the thorns, the cares of the world have choked out the message of the gospel and you have become as an unfruitful servant.

Jesus didn't tell us to hate one another. Jesus called us to Love one another. But Jesus didn't just call us to Love one another, Jesus called us to love our enemies as well. So what is your justification for your continued hate, spite and condemnation over those of whom you disagree politically?

Abortion,one need not even be a christian to support pro life.I have seen atheists who are pro life.The reality is that it's mostly about the economy not social issues with the Republicans.

Probably because I'm not called to be a teacher so I'm better not to try preach the Gospel as I will be in error and false doctrine. It takes knowledge and understanding of scripture in detail to be a preacher and I sure ain't that much of a biblical scholar.

The gospel message of Christ was one of Salvation, not condemnation.

But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.


If you are preaching a message of wrath and condemnation, then you are preaching a different gospel.

Who legalized abortions, SS marrige - who are the liberals who have no objective morals? I'm not saying Republicans are perfect or don't divorce and many are not even Christian , but they espouse Christian values at least.

How does one vote for a person who is not in moral agreement with them?

I haven't really shown any light on the forum lately too caught up in the world. Its time for change again. It was another spirit leading me, a worldly one. Its gone now. I start fresh right now and turn from my ways and seek the Lord again.

I don't need to ask forgiveness again as that would put Christ to shame, and put him on the cross twice, no forgive me Father for I have sinned, but I will apologise and repent, I been disrespectful to God.

Teaching/Preaching requires submission to the will of God and a willingness to study and to be tutored by the Holy Spirit. These twenty-six years later, I recognise a communication, I think, from the Spirit and I must pick up a copy of the scriptures to verify that, even this, is what God wants me to see and to say.

I cannot preach nor can I teach except I remember to empty me out, allowing God to step in. There are many scholarly false teachers and I have met a good sized group of, like myself, educationally unqualified Teachers that preach the whole Gospel.

Its not like God can't handle it. He's probably the most used and abused being in the history of all mankind. And people cry there a victim. They got nothing on God. He's probably only been verbally abused about 26 billion times.
