Steak sounds soooooo good right now, any meat eaters here!?

Dallas is a cow town, basically, by reputation.

Hence all the steakhouses.

Not a few angry cowboys have made life there interesting from time to time. Shoot first, ask questions later, sort of thing. JFK wasn't looking forward to going there and was said to be baffled by its political culture.

I know! I love steak and steakhouses. Maybe that's because I grew up in Texas!?
 
I'm wondering if, to promote the Texan theme, some restaurants in TX could use Stetsons instead of trays, to serve customers from?
 
Hahaha mmmhhh, a hat? Good luck with that. I want my steak on a plate!
 
Or, if it's Texas sized, you'll want a plate on your steak.
