I really don't care how you measure "information".
If you can't define it, or even know how to measure it, what makes you think you can tell us about it?
The problem for you is that it exist in the biological word...
As you learned, scientists have been measuring and using biological information for a long time. No one has found any "problem" with information as it applies to evolution. In fact, as Motoo Kimura discovered, it solves a few problems that had been previously unsolved regarding the mechanisms of evolution. Would you like me to show you some of those?
How about just answering the questions? If you don't have any idea, just say so.
