It's just water.
Bleach is made by adding water to sodium hypochlorite to dilute it.bleach in the box is simply that.

Try looking up hexane.interesting use for that

I took two years of it. Any acid must be diluted with water to work.yes you can have acid salts but trying spray or apply bleach in a powder form isn't very useful.

Hydrochloric acid is still bleach but a way more potent mix.not very diluted .I used that on my carport.it will eat through concrete if you pour enough of it.
