I love kitchen things.,since I love to cook and bake.I love kitchen gadgets but I am very practical and don't buy but only what I need.

I could be all righteous and say "God's love for others"

Coffee
I like that.It is always best to put God before everything else. I could say "I would like" but I always pray for my needs not my wants. Then again God knows we are human and we each like certain things.

'If?' I could, or 'Because?' I do have unlimited storage ?

"money" then that way I could pay off everyone's debts, including our own and do more to feed and clothe and house those who have not, Matthew 25:34-40

I would just like to buy a house.Nothing fancy just something comfortable and safe.I am so tired of renting and living in a place for a year or two and having them say "sorry we are selling the house" or "sorry we are going to move back in".

Another thing I would like to put in limited storage are Christian fiction books since I always have my nose in a book. But I usually get them from the library. :study

owning comes with a different set of problems..
like always fixing things, and also insurance going up and property taxes. I know, I haven't been in my home a decade. man the money I have spent on repairs.

I don't know if there would be alot of problems with collecting alot of books. It all depends on the items you would be collecting.

home ownership. I don't miss renting but to say that its well the idea of paradise? no. its not. I remember just telling the landlord this or that is broke. they fixed it. now I have to fix it. like rent. mortage payments do go up. not the p&I but the escrow from insurance and property taxes. not to mention certain pets one cant have and also the other types of insurance that your primary insurance doenst deal with ie. flood.

I can see your issue that home ownership has its pros and cons. But it is an investment and it is secure. With rental homes you don't have to pay property tax or pay for repairs.

oh you pay it. they just collect it for you. when you are paying rent.its factored in. why would I charge less then what I owe on my mortage to rent? if so how could I afford to maintain it? so whenever they go up you as a renter will pay.

I like renting as anything that needs fixing the Landlord takes care of. Rents pretty cheap where we live. I pay $375 a month for a three bedroom home with an acre of ground back in the woods.

(biblegateway)Hebrews 13
Amplified Bible (AMP)

13 Let love for your fellow believers continue and be a fixed practice with you [never let it fail].

2 Do not forget or neglect or refuse to extend hospitality to strangers [in the brotherhood—being friendly, cordial, and gracious, sharing the comforts of your home and doing your part generously], for through it some have entertained angels without knowing it.

3 Remember those who are in prison as if you were their fellow prisoner, and those who are ill-treated, since you also are liable to bodily sufferings.

4 Let marriage be held in honor (esteemed worthy, precious, of great price, and especially dear) in all things. And thus let the marriage bed be undefiled (kept undishonored); for God will judge and punish the unchaste [all guilty of sexual vice] and adulterous.

5 Let your character or moral disposition be free from love of money [including greed, avarice, lust, and craving for earthly possessions] and be satisfied with your present [circumstances and with what you have]; for He [God] Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. [I will] not, [I will] not, [I will] not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let [you] down (relax My hold on you)! [Assuredly not!]

6 So we take comfort and are encouraged and confidently and boldly say, The Lord is my Helper; I will not be seized with alarm [I will not fear or dread or be terrified]. What can man do to me?

Matthew 6:19-21

Amplified Bible (AMP)

19 Do not [a]gather and heap up and store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust and worm consume and destroy, and where thieves break through and steal.

20 But gather and heap up and store for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust nor worm consume and destroy, and where thieves do not break through and steal;

21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

however, I like that we can do whatever we want to the yard. I will post a few of those when its finished

the problem is do you know what the cost for the owners is? or does he still owe on the property? yes sometimes they rip you off, but well liberal state. I paid almost that for my 2b2ba before I refinanced it.

I cant blame ya but remember the bubble. It would be like me trying to rent out my house. 900 per month verses the same houses next to me for 400 per month.
