Women are suppose to be weak, Makes it more easy to club them and drag them back to the cave.
Was this supposed to be english?
As for the question posed in the title of this thread, there is nothing that I recall that really addresses this issue. However, much could be read into the Paul's identification that women as seen as "the weaker vessel," but we should certainly be careful about what we take away from that.

I believe it was Peter which said to treat a woman as if they were a weaker vessel. Not because they are a weaker vessel. Believe me I know many women who have strengths greater than men. One of which is a woman's intuition, never argue with that or their sense of direction. :yes

No scripture that I know of forbids women from building muscle. Actually, we all, or most of us anyway, do that naturally. If I was married and my Gal wanted to tone up a bit and do away with the flab, alright with me, and no sin in getting healthy to boot.
As far as building to the point of looking like a mushroom for men or women, all I can think of is our dress/hair and such are supposed to be non outrageous but not sure that pertains to the body too.
I think the OP struggles a bit with English.

Don't think building muscle violates anything. Even if you interpret women being "the weaker vessel" as an action, as in "women are supposed to be weak" (I do not, it's simply a fact of our biology rather than something to strive for), it's not like women can build as much muscles as a guy can unless she's taking testosterone or something.

I think they have said before they are from another country, so they probably don't speak English as a primary language.
