No,.. it's just that math and measurements was never my best subject. :/ I don't think cellphones need batteries as they just need to charge,.. so is it a phone?

It's not any kind of electronic device. It uses no power at all.

Cell phones do have batteries but you usually do not see them because you just plug the charger into the phone.

Well it's not like that I have never ever seen one worn, but it is not the norm. It was not worn to look good but so it would not be lost while hiking.
