I'm trying to get this done early today so I can spend the rest of the day going outside and working on story writing since I haven't had time for that lately. So first of all in today's news, the Portage county police department are currently under investigation as a cyclist was assaulted last evening. Here's more of the details.

And more than fifty people gathered around a church last night to honor a teenager who passed away earlier this week.

Also in a rather tragic and unfortunate event, a five month old baby girl was mauled to death by the babysitter's German Shepherd. :sad My thoughts and prayers go towards the family. :pray

Also a wicked wind in Commerce City Colorado sent several outhouses flying into the air at a park on Monday. Thankfully nobody was in them at the time though and nobody got hurt.

And a man was arrested yesterday after he turned himself in for severely injuring an eight year old little girl in a hit-and-run incident.

And unfortunately the Cleveland Indians lost to the Minnesota in a six to three score in last night's game. :sad

Happy Father's Day to all of the fathers on here as well as to our Heavenly Father and welcome to another edition of today's news. :) Well so far I seem to be having a better day than yesterday and I can only hope that it will continue. :yes Anyways, we don't have an awful lot of news today so I want to go ahead and jump right into it.
