In Today's News

London doesn't have the resources to deal with this situation. 5 months of undercover officers' salaries are pricey. The rich don't want to pay for it anymore.

Don't have the resources?, surely they do, they have the resources to knock on someone's door and give them a warning for a hate crime because they sent a mean tweet.

They have thousands of cameras watching and waiting for someone to commit a crime, and a crime is whatever the government says is a crime

...they have the resources to knock on someone's door and give them a warning for a hate crime because they sent a mean tweet...

Knocking on a door is inexpensive and quick. They might even make a profit on it if they levy a fine for the tweet.

5 months of undercover tailing is costly. They are not set up to deal with thousands of terrorists on their streets. As you have pointed out, cameras only allow apprehension after the fact. Terrorists don't expect to survive their escapades, so they don't care. The cams only deter regular people.

Knocking on a door is inexpensive and quick. They might even make a profit on it if they levy a fine for the tweet.

You cannot stop nothing, that's why people are on terrorist watch lists, authorities cannot throw someone in prison unless they have commited an offence and are proven guilty, thats why when many terrorist attacks are commited they were known to authorities and on a list.

The whole "safety and security " thing is a joke. Everything is after the fact. The only time idiots get done is because they are dumb enough to expose there plans pre so they get busted, that's the only good thing about security when it actually does something before the fact, but they just go on watch lists and are released into the public.

Hey everybody, welcome to another edition of tonight's news. :) I don't know how much news we have today so let's just get right to it then shall we? :salute

Two dolphins were discovered dead last week from an apparent shooting. Here's more of the disturbing details. :crying

And the owner of a home daycare center was recently charged with child endangerment after a toddler was discovered blocks away that was under her care. Here's more. :nonono

Also find out more about an Illinois bill that would prevent drivers from pumping their own gas.

And also just in time for Valentines Day, Pound Puppies are going to make a comeback! Here's more on the information. :biggrin2

And find out how one lucky little girl was able to to be reunited with a very special toy. :')

Also nearly fifty car windows were recently smashed in Cleveland Heights Ohio. Here's more of the details. :nonono

And also Raphael Coleman who played Eric Brown in the film Nanny McPhee recently passed away at the age of twenty-five years old. :crying Here's more and my thoughts and prayers go towards friends and family members. :pray

And I'm not sure what to say about this except it's completely lazy and ridiculous. *Sigh* :nono

Also a Canton Ohio woman is currently recovering after losing her limbs due to a (somewhat) rare infection. Here's more on the story.

Finally in tonight's news kiwidan might find this interesting as a Texas man recently landed a fourteen pound bass! Here's more of the details. :shock

That's all for tonight's news! Have a wonderful rest of the night and stay tuned for more news to come. :yes

14lb is not a big fish, like 1000lb tuna is a big fish, but then for that specific species and fresh water fishing I have no idea, it must be a good size fish for that specific species.

Everything goes on what species is it. Those bass probably don't get much bigger that's why he's so stoked.

Hey everybody, welcome to another edition of tonight's news. :)

Wow. A $1 million doctor bill because a dog licked her. That's shocking.

25 is very young. I hope he was saved.

2 years old is too young to be wandering around on a scooter without supervision.

May the Lord bless you.

May the Lord bless you as well and yes it is shocking, but it happens more than you think. Thank the Lord she's recovering though. :) What's even more shocking is when people refuse to pay speeding tickets and nothing is done about it. :nono Why put a law in place in the first place if it isn't going to be enforced? It also seems like not much is being done about the person breaking the car windows either. :nonono

On the news today. Life is great, everyone is having a good time, many worked hard today getting things done and are now relaxing, some were out and about enjoying the sunshine today. What a bright blessed day. Praise the Lord.

Actually that's not negative enough for the news it's just too positive. I might need to down the frequency.

What about the poor. Think about the poor.

They are promised 72 wives by ISIS and such, if they do the terrorism thing.

I guess Islams most trusted and authentic sources have nothing to do with islamic states cosmic sex trafficking God.

It's not like the prophet of Islam was desperate for followers so he offered such a reward to those that in return they would receive such a reward if they fought and died for him and his cosimic sex trafficking god's cause.

It's not like Mohammad also offered gold to the Chiefs of tribes in return that they should believe him.

What else would a stone age delusional psychopath offer people with the IQ of a donut to believe them because someone else randomly told them they were a prophet from God when they believed they were actually devil possessed and were suicidal.

That's were I start, from the start, and Mohammad tried to commit suicide multiple times and believed he was possessed by the devil, and it was his wife and cousin who convinced him his revelations were from God and he believed it. That's how the tragedy of Islam began.

Your attention please, I have some really terrible news. I just found out today that unfortunately yesterday was my last newscast on christianforums.net. The format for the website that I have been getting my news from for the past couple of years has drastically changed along with every other news page that I know of. :sad

It has been a GREAT past couple of years bringing you the news and I really wish that I could continue this thread, but since I really don't like the changes unfortunately it is completely out of my hands.

Thank you for sticking with this thread and making it this the most popular and longest thread here on CF, and I will still leave this thread open if you find any interesting news articles that you want to share.

Since the news is dying, instead of a party in here on the twenty-eighth, I will talk to StoveBolts about throwing together a last minute Valentines Day party instead.

Q. Who admired there adopted sons wife, then caused there divorce, then married there adopted sons wife?

The worst father figure ever is correct but we need a name.

Clue. He was born in 6th century Arabia.

Lots of rubbish being dumped in the local community on side of road and people are having a cry. I mean the council shut down the local refuse centre so where are people suppose to dump there rubbish, take it all the way to the city?

Although I disagree with littering that's what happens when the only dump centre gets shut down, people will dump on the side of the road and the council has to come clean it up.

That's what I said, I disagree with the dumping of rubbish but I can see why people do it, lazy and don't want to waste time and gas and drive all the way to the city because the local dump was shut down. Well it was not a dump, just a few large skip bins locals could take any day all there recycling and general waste.

Most of the garbage I see dumped could easy be placed in an official bag for the garbage service that comes once a week. It's only $2 a bag, it should be free because each house pays rates so I have no idea why it costs, and they only take official bags or bags with a payed sticker.

I seen a heap of beer bottles like 100 dumped on the side of the road other day like someone had a big party. The refuse centre was shut down as I said and the once a week recycle is only is a small box for weekly recycle cannot fit a party worth of beers in it, so there is no where else to take it, unless drive all the way the city just to recycle a few bottles.

Free,so having lived in a mandated waste pick up city and a taxed funded one.my landlord paid the tax for it,and in the city he paid for the service in his utility bill.

Rates should pay for it. Every house pays thousands every year.

Many knew dumping would start happening when they shut down the centre. Some probably do it on purpose because they are annoyed there local dump and recycle site was banned by the council, so they dump there rubbish and then the council has to come clean it up. The reason I say that is because the dumping never happened before.

It's not that bad like everywhere all the time, just here and there you come across a dump pile on the side of the road.
