Well we start off today's news segment by stating that unfortunately the famous physicist Stephen Hawking has passed away at the age of 76.

So we start off today's news with a story about a bartender being sentenced for the death of a woman who fell of the bar's balcony last year on Saint Patrick's Day. They had an unsafe railing on the balcony.

True, I was just basically stating the effects of too much alcohol. But since you pointed out that they had an unsafe balcony then it would be their fault that she fell,.. but I don't remember seeing that in the article that I just skimmed, (I haven't really had time to read it yet for myself) unless they stated it in the video.




Edit; It also appears that she was underage.

And be careful when you are purchasing a pacifier or teething holder for your child, grandchild, niece, or nephew. Nearly 600,000 of them were recalled due to a choking hazard. Here's more on the story.

Also seven US service members were unfortunately killed in Iraq in a helicopter crash.

And this is truly a story about compassion. A stray dog nurses five orphaned puppies after their mother tragically dies in a fire.

Hello, sorry that there hasn't been any news from me for the last couple of days, but not only have I been very busy, I haven't found much news to post. Anyway, I hope that everyone had a great Saint Patrick's Day weekend and now it's time for another edition of "In Today's News."



We start off today's news with a story that is unfortunately anything but lucky. For two people were shot and hospitalized on Saturday afternoon after a shooting that happened in Beachwood. Here's more on the story.
