When did the nation of Israel become the land more so then the People who have always been a nation?
 
Is the country we today call Israel the land promised to Abe?
If the promise of the Land was forever why do they have to get back?
They do not have the Land of the covenant it is this
Gen 15:18 In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

Yes in part, but if they were holy.but does the word olam,if used,mean forever in that context.

The truth is that Jerusalem is the center of the world, and it belongs to the Jews.

No.and Im going to say if Rollo is right then I don't need Jesus as well the temple is still holy.

It can never be holy again or the place where we can be closest to the Father

Whose army surrounds the temple mount when a fight breaks out?
If an earthquake destroys the temple mount, are the muslims going to march into Jerusalem and rebuild it?

And for one very good reason; they don't control the property it is on because it belongs to Israel.
I'm surprised you highly intelligent people don't understand these things.
Or maybe it's just not part of your agenda.
Maybe it conflicts with what you choose to believe.

The Cherokee nation were moved to Oklahoma... the people



The covenant with Abraham was conditioned on obedience.

The nation of isreal if they tried to take it.well most of the arabs would Start a war.they don't have the west bank.which Jerusalem borders.
 
Pretty sure that if the whole story was about that little spot of ground there in the middle east that God has had the power to take that back any old time He pleased to do so. To me this is somewhat preposterous sight.

Perhaps a more interesting picture is that God set His people on that ground, surrounded by enemies, to show us things that are more interesting. But first shows them in the natural. Far more likely.
