IKR. What is sad is that so many in these false religions; "Having the image of godliness but not the power thereof," are dedicated and well meaning people. So deceived, and blindly heading the wrong way on a one way street. " One thing I do respect about sincere Mormon followers is their elder election process; now don't misinterpret, I am not endorsing this methodology-I make a simple observation here. I find it courageous and noble to send believers out on a domestic "missions trip," and truly learn to be salt and light, to minister, and to teach a message. Imagine the impact on the Body of Christ if every Christian were this committed to early exposure in ministry and witness in the world. We could reach a lot of souls for the cause if we all were more intentional and proactive in our witness. In the end, though some religions have a bit of functional or applicational wisdom; they are altogether vain if Christ is not the Author and Perfecter of faith; Lord and Savior of our lives; and the Master of our hearts.

IF anyone is REALLY interested in having a local bishop manage every aspect of their lives, and I mean EVERY, from financial to sexual, to everything you MUST believe, (they have thousands of "truths" and logic sequences) Then Mormonism or it's offshoots are for you.

But, if you don't want another "sinner" who can't be honest with themselves, running your life, then Mormonism ISN'T for you. You will be micro managed. Micro.

Fortunately I believed very early, that it' all a cult. And wasn't sucked in. But I have seen it, close enough. I have a good non Mormon friend who is married to a bishops daughter, so he tells me how "they roll." I also had a friend, past who was really into Mormonism (a Mechizedek priest, the common kind for initiates who have run their required gauntlets), and he was pretty creepy. Had to severe ties.
