Jesus of Nazareth, the historical Jesus, was a physical manifestation of God in the land of the Jews 2000 years ago. I'm sure he would have had eastern Mediterranean Semitic features. I doubt that God would appear as a blond blue-eyed Swede when manifesting Himself to the Jews of that time.
Jesus the Christ, the risen Lord, is consubstantial with Elohim, creator God of the universe, and no longer in human physical form.
Jesus was brown .........
Personally, I could care less what color Jesus' skin is...I only care about what He has done for me. However, there is still alot of speculation out there...what are your thoughts about it ?
Surely we need to try to answer sincere questions. And 'i' do not find this a speculation. Here is the last verse of Gen. 10 & the first verse of chapter 11 that have some good truths as 'i' see it for even the oft repeated saying of speaking in angels tongues. And even this time of God seperating earths people into a different race, we see another truth brought forth in Rev. 17:1-5. That of the Tower of Babel's mass confusion. (and these ones even are seen 'how' here in Rev.?)
it seems to me that God didn't separate people by race during the tower of Babel incident, but by language. There doesn't seem to be any reference to race. Furthermore, I'm not seeing anything in Rev. 17...
I, like anyone else can't be sure what skin color Jesus had.... the best I can do is speculate, and I tend to think he was olive skin colored.
In Revelation 4:3 He is described as having skin like jasper and sardius, which have a reddish/brownish color.
Here is a sardius stone:
View attachment 2776 Looks as if He is neither black or white. I believe Adam was described as having the same skin tone.
I would imagine this is micro-evolution at work.... Mankind was created with this skin tone and as people migrated throughout the world their skin tone changed according to what climate they were in and how much sun exposure over time.
Since this is what Jesus is described like in Revelation, after His resurrection into glory, it wouldn't surprise me if His before resurrection body was more of just the olive color of most middle eastern people.
Why do you persecute me?

Trust Felix! I think he can help.
