Is Jesus God?

In other words:
But if the Spirit of GOD dwells in you, He will also give life to your mortal bodies.

Who is this God? Explanation is given too: the GOD who raised body of Jesus from the dead. Who is He? The SON.

You, however, are not in the realm of the flesh but are in the realm of the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they do not belong to Christ.
Romans 8:9 (NIV)

How to understand that?
But you are not controlled by your sinful nature..you do NOT live in sins. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all. We all should be BORN of God (John 3). In other words BORN of the SPIRIT.

And if the Spirit of him (SPIRIT of CHRIST) who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

I understand it this way. This is my personal understanding on the basis of the words of Jesus who does NOT lie! He NEVER lies and if He said that He raised His body then it is TRUE.

What about it?
And if the Spirit of him (SPIRIT of CHRIST) ....CHRIST who raised Himself from the dead is living in you.... he (CHRIST) who raised Christ (Himself) from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, 21 make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
Hebrews 13 (NKJV)

My interpretation of this verse: There is NO mention of the Holy Spirit here.
Who raised Jesus? In other words, who raised the body of Jesus? Answer: the God of Peace called the SON of God.

Why? Jesus said that He HIMSELF will restore the destroyed building- His Body.
1 Pet 1:21 Who by Him (Who is the Spirit of truth?) do believe in God, that raised Him up from the dead, and gave Him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

1 Thes 1:10 And to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

Act 2:30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
Act 2:31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
Act 2:32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

Yes, God who is the SON raised the body/Jesus. That is why I say here in this thread that the SON is GOD like His Father. I think that is why Jesus said that God is in Him (Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me John 14:11).
In other words, God dwells inside of My Flesh...God the Son who is equal to the Father. If I am wrong, then I do not know what Jesus meant.
He who has seen Me (Jesus) has seen the Father; so how can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
He who has seen Me (Jesus) has seen God; so how can you say, ‘Show us God?' Cuz Jesus/the Son is God.

17 And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay here in fear; 18 knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. 20 He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you 21 who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 1 Pet 1

Also NOTE: God the Son/Jesus does NOT lie because He is NOT a Man.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
Matthew 24:35 (NIV)

God says to His Son:
"“You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,
And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
11 They will perish, but You remain;
And they will all grow old like a garment;
12 Like a cloak You will fold them up,
And they will be changed.
But You are the same,
And Your years will not fail.”
Heb 1

Jehovah is the creator of all things under the whole heaven. But Jesus Christ said I and my father are one. (John 10:30) Most people don't realize there are three heavens. The first heaven is the Earths atmosphere. The second heaven is where the sun moon and stars are. The third heaven is in spirit. It does not exist in 3D space and cannot be seen by man. 1 Timothy 1:17 "Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen."

Those 3 things...Eternal...Immortal...Invisible...cannot exist in 3D space. Everything in 3D space will perish.

Jesus Christ said I and My Father are one: Jesus is God and God the Father is GOD. They are ONE i.e. they are EQUAL. Each of them is GOD.

Do not forget that Christianity speaks about the Son of God incarnate.

The Holy Spirit is God

Jesus is God

The Father is God

Kind begets after it's own kind.

One man said:
Perhaps, if you have time,
You could go into detail on the fact that in many of the OT passages where God is mentioned as a
plural noun or pronoun, it is accompanied by the plural form of the verb,
giving double evidence that God as we know God - is a plural unity.
Great article by the way.

My response:
Yeah, I know that it is great.
You said:
"passages where God is mentioned as a plural noun or pronoun, it is accompanied by the plural form of the verb".
My response: WRONG. Not always....there is the singular form of the verb too....

Jesus Christ said I and My Father are one: Jesus is God and God the Father is GOD. They are ONE i.e. they are EQUAL. Each of them is GOD.
Just a question to clarify. Are you saying there are three Gods? Or, did you mean all three are God?

God is a plural unity/ONE ..i.e. an ONE group of THREE Supreme Beings and each one of them is God. The Son is the Creator.

The Son is the Creator? What happens in your country if they know you are a believer in Jesus Christ?Do you have Christian Churches where you live?
