Thankyou Lewis. And is this same word used to describe animals?
NO[/quote:da6d7]

Thankyou again Lewis. Can you tell me what the word is that is used to describe the creatures in Genesis 1:21, 24 for example?

Scripture sets man apart in that he is made in God's image, and likeness, and has been given dominion over animals (Genesis 1:26-27). Man is over the animals. (Psalm 8:6-8) Man was made wiser than the animals. (Job 35:10-11) Man's purpose is to glorify God in his position to care for creation (Genesis 2:5-7) He is made of one blood (Acts 17:26) His made of his own created kind of flesh (1 Corinthians 15:39) Man is more important to God than animals. (Matthew 6:26) (Matthew 10:31) (Matthew 12:12) Man was made a little lower than the angels. (Hebrews 2:7)

The Lord bless you all.

Well, humans are definetly much different from animals, but ya never know, just look at the way some people behave on the forums :)

Are they what! Like ravenous wolves.

...Guess I typed that in wrong; I meant it to mean all forums in general...

But the Christian forums aren't like ravenous wolves, just llamas that get slightly agitated when you misquote the bible :)

What misquotes are you referring to?

By misquotes I mean something like...

And so God said to Abraham, "this is my kingdom and to get in, you must present unto me the Silver Donkey you promised" (Naskiel 34:12)

I see what you mean. It is certainly not the God that I know, nor the Abraham whose faith that was counted as righteousness. So it is obviously a misquote.
