Bible Study isiah 2:2

II Corinthians 10:5
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

Hebrews 8:10
For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

Song 2:8
The voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills.

The kingdom of God is in the tabernacle of our flesh. It is one thing to have The Word hidden in our heart, that we might not sin (identify sin); but another to serve Christ in our mind.

Romans 7:25
I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

The Mind of Christ is above the flesh.

The mind has the symbolism of the New Jerusalem. The Cerebellum planted on either side of spinal fluid flow (arbor vita old Latin name of cerebellum.

Our elevated thoughts sit on our shoulders inside our head. Mississippi folks just think funny - LOL. Heart is where we usually want to place all high thoughts, but there be other ways things can be looked at.

John 14:16
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Revelation 3:20
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

I Corinthians 6:10
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghostwhich is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

John 12:32
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

All or some of the following or more:
In our esteem
In his ascent
On the cross
In the sight of the Father

What does Isiah 2:2 mean or represent?

Isaiah 2:2-4
And it shall come to pass in the last days,
that the mountain of the Lord 's house shall be established in the top of the mountains,
and shall be exalted above the hills;
and all nations shall flow unto it.
And many people shall go and say,
Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
to the house of the God of Jacob;
and he will teach us of his ways,
and we will walk in his paths:
for out of Zion shall go forth the law,
and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
And he shall judge among the nations,
and shall rebuke many people:
and they shall beat their swords into plowshares,
and their spears into pruninghooks:
nation shall not lift up sword against nation,
neither shall they learn war any more.

Micah 4:1-5
But in the last days it shall come to pass,
that the mountain of the house of the Lord shall be established in the top of the mountains,
and it shall be exalted above the hills;
and people shall flow unto it.
And many nations shall come, and say,
Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord,
and to the house of the God of Jacob;
and he will teach us of his ways,
and we will walk in his paths:
for the law shall go forth of Zion,
and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem
And he shall judge among many people,
and rebuke strong nations afar off;
and they shall beat their swords into plowshares,
and their spears into pruninghooks:
nation shall not lift up a sword against nation,
neither shall they learn war any more.

But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree;
and none shall make them afraid:
for the mouth of the Lord of hosts hath spoken it.
For all people will walk every one in the name of his god,
and we will walk in the name of the Lord our God for ever and ever.

The better question might be, and the question I would I ask of all:

Do you believe this has already come to pass, or is this still a future prophecy for you?

What does Isiah 2:2 mean or represent?

Quite literally, it is represented by the sermon on the mount.

Matthew 5:1-12
And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
Blessed are the poor in spirit:for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are they that mourn:for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek:for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness:for they shall be filled.
Blessed are the merciful:for they shall obtain mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart:for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers:for they shall be called the children of God.
Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness 'sake:for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
Rejoice, and be exceeding glad:for great is your reward in heaven:for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

The Ten Blessings that come forth from Zion.

Zechariah 3:8-10
Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou,
and thy fellows that sit before thee:
for they are men wondered at:
for, behold, I will bring forth my servant the Branch.
For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua;
upon one stone shall be seven eyes:
behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of hosts,
and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
In that day, saith the Lord of hosts,
shall ye call every man his neighbour
under the vine and under the fig tree.

Who shall you call neighbor in that day. You shall call every man your neighbor.

Luke 10:26-29
He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right:this do, and thou shalt live. But he, willing to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbour.
