Isn't God of the Bible a hypocrite?

He expects us to forgive those who have harmed us but He will burn the people in hell who just don't believe in Him? That's ridiculous and shows how wicked He is.

I don’t believe all who do not believe will burn. The overwhelming great majority simply die and get buried and are never heard from again.
If someone in covenant with God asks for forgiveness of a sin, He is faithful to forgive. If someone sins against another, he ought also be faithful to forgive.

We are indeed to forgive those that hurt us, but where are we told to forgive those who hate and hurt others ?
I can't forgive the Russians attacking Ukraine.
I can't forgive those who steal the children of SE Asia.
God judges righteously !

We need to forgive because we don't know who at the end is a brother in Heaven. Vengeance however belongs to God as God knows who is who.

the bible clearly teaches that God is our creator and that he has established rules/laws that govern how we relate to him and to others.

Those laws spell out very simple that there is a penalty for noncompliance and a blessing for compliance.
That the ignorant pay no attention to these rules etc is not God's fault, so how this poster blames God for the consequence of hating God shows how little he understands the Bible.

Everyone love John3:16, but deliberately ignore verse 18 which spells out that those who do not believe in Jesus are already condemned.

Mat 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
Mat 6:15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Luke 16:14 And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him.
Luke 16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

We can deem others as not forgivable because of any horrendous crimes against them, but we can never judge the heart of someone who might end up repenting and coming back to God. Our job is to be a witness and a light unto the world as you can not hide your light under a bushel and expect any results. We are to love our enemies, pray for them and love them.

Mat 5:13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
Mat 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
Mat 5:15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Mat 5:43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.
Mat 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Mat 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
Mat 5:46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
Mat 5:47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?
Mat 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

so how this poster blames God for the consequence of hating God shows how little he understands the Bible.
LOL! Nowhere in my post I said about "hating" God, I talked about just not believing in him. And the most hateful and jealous being in the Bible is God himself.

He sends nobody to hell, hell is prepared for Satan and his angels, spiritual beings, not us. Anybody who ends up in hell goes there VOLUNTARILY because they worship Satan and his angels as their own god.

Two sides of the coin.
One side loves, the other side hates.

As Jesus said, " If you love me you will obey my commands. "

Those who believe God is evil/hateful etc do not obey him and do not recognise eith3r his love in their lives or his right to judge them.

May I ask why you do not believe in God?

God who created the heavens and earth and all the beauty within who also created man to be holy and blameless before Him is a God of mercy and grace and all His judgements are justified.

Spiritual Blessings in Christ
Eph 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
Eph 1:4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Eph 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Eph 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Eph 1:8 Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;
Eph 1:9 Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:
Eph 1:10 That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
Eph 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
Eph 1:12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Eph 1:14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Part of the 10 commandments
Exodus 20:1 And God spake all these words, saying,
Exo 20:2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Exo 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
Exo 20:6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

The Covenant Renewed
Exo 34:10 And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all thy people I will do marvels, such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation: and all the people among which thou art shall see the work of the LORD: for it is a terrible thing that I will do with thee.
Exo 34:11 Observe thou that which I command thee this day: behold, I drive out before thee the Amorite, and the Canaanite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Hivite, and the Jebusite.
Exo 34:12 Take heed to thyself, lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land whither thou goest, lest it be for a snare in the midst of thee:
Exo 34:13 But ye shall destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their groves:
Exo 34:14 For thou shalt worship no other god: for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:
Exo 34:15 Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice;
Exo 34:16 And thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring after their gods.
Exo 34:17 Thou shalt make thee no molten gods.

Leave the Protestant Church buddy and find another Church which has a different interpretation on Salvation.
Like, say, The Orthodox Church.
Try that.

Do you believe Jesus is a liar? Do you believe the message He proclaimed was not His own but from the one who sent Him?

LOL! No, it's not like 2 sides of a coin, there is a wide third side that just doesn't care about God. Not kissing God's ass is not equal to hating him.
Back in the 60's some ira terrorist were brought to trial.
Om being asked how did they plead to the charges against them they shouted. " We do not recognise the authority of this court to try us ! "
A plea of not guilty was entered for them and the trial proceed.

You may not recognise God's authority or his laws, but you are under those laws and will be judged by him.

We are all in a two horse race, either serving God or the devil.

I'm thankful the Lord Jesus came and showed how much sin God puts up with from mankind. The longsuffering He showed by His cross was meant for space to repent before judgment falls. Like OT times. I'm thankful He showed mercy and held back His justice from me.
There are so many opinions of men, so many little judges who want nothing to do with the real God testified to in the Bible and the condition of this world shows it.
I hope we all show the mercy He has always shown, so that we may obtain mercy before He rightly brings condemnation.

I do believe in God and he has actually helped me miraculously with my porn addiction. But I have a hard time believing that he is all loving.
Here is God's love for all who will accept it, but not everyone will turn back to Him, thus paying the consequences for their actions. It's not that God hates everyone, but that He would that none should perish

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
John 3:19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
John 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
John 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
2Pe 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
2Pe 3:11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
2Pe 3:12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
2Pe 3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

A merciful God won't let people die of hunger, he also won't kill millions in natural disasters all around the globe.
Have you ever thought that man brings this on themselves since they turn away from God instead of coming to Him in repentance. Man brings on there own devastation's and many disasters in the world are caused by man.

Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Hos 4:7 As they were increased, so they sinned against me: therefore will I change their glory into shame.
