Check it out...says 1.6 billion or even 1.79

since yours says "Sizes shown are approximate estimates, and are here mainly for the purpose of ordering the groups, not providing a definitive number. This list is sociological/statistical in perspective"

BUZZ ... FALSE again

According to Jesus' own words, his mission is universal:

  • (a) His death is meant to accomplish the redemption of all mankind - Matthew 20:28 = Mark 10:45; John 3:16; John 4:42; John 12:32; etc.

    (b) His gospel message was to be preached to all mankind - Matthew 10:18; Matthew 24:14; Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 13:10; Mark 14:9; Mark 16:15; Luke 4:25-30; Luke 24:47; John 17:20-21: Acts 1:8.

    (c) His kingdom includes people of all nations - Matthew 8:11-12; Matthew 21:43; Matthew 25:31-32; Luke 13:28-30; John 10:16; John 11:52.
Your problem is to explain how Muhammad's message is universal when he said:

  • (1) As an Arab he is sent to his people who had no prophet before he came - Surah 2:151; 3:164; 6:92; 26:214; 28:46-47; 32:3.

    (2) The Qur'an is therefore in Arabic so the Arabs cannot claim that God did not send a revelation to them - Surah 2:136; 6:155-157; 12:2; 13:37; 16:103; 20:113; 26:195,198; 41:44; 42:7; 43:3; 46:12.

:o :o

Quite Clearly, in black and White, said by the guy himself....

Jesus said: "These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: 'Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans. Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel.' (From the NIV Bible, Matthew 10:5-6)"

AND...

...He answered, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel."

The woman came and knelt before him. "Lord, help me!" she said.

He replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs."
(NIV Matthew 15:24-26)

Did Jesus come down for the sole purpose of leading a religion of Christianity? Was he intending to start a new religion? Beacuse if he was, why wasnt he the founder of the religion, and why was the bible written 330 years after. What about the time in between?

Have u even looked through the verses you have quoted?

Muhammad said himself he was sent to mankind, said it himself...

"Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.' (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Rubbing hands and feet with dust (Tayammum), Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331)"

So, we can conclude, FROM THE SAYINGS OF THE TWO PERSONS INVOLVED, THAT JESUS CAME FOR THE "LOST SHEEP OF ISRAEL", WHILE MUHAMMAD CAME FOR "ALL MANKIND".....

LOL... so you use the Hadith to try and prove what Muhammad actually said... how funny.

:o :o

Gary, I'm afraid that since the Muslims don't see the craziness of believing a rapist, murderer, and pedophile to begin with, then they cannot see the abusurdities of everything you have shown about their beliefs. They are simply not sane enough. :sad

Gary, you gave a long list of random words joined together, yet have no meaning. For example, let us take one of them:
Remember, use you left hand and don’t point to Mecca.

Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 1, Book 4, Number 155:

Narrated Abu Qatada:
Allah's Apostle said, "Whenever anyone of you drinks water, he should not breathe in the drinking utensil...

Are you questionig the wisdom in that? First point. I would like to see your argument for the part of 'not breathing into your drinking utensil'...oh wait, all you do is copy and paste...

second.
...he should neither touch his penis nor clean his private parts with his right hand.

What wisdom. In an age today, when we are all too aware of microscopic bacterium and other 'nasties' practically everywhere, not to mention on ones private parts, we can see the caution given to us by the wisdom of Muhammad (may peace and blessing be upon him). It makes sense doesnt it? Clean your private parts with your left hand, so as to leave the right hand for other clean actions, such as eating and drinking. Not only is it a matter of hygiene, but also of dignity, basically it makes more sense to eat with one hand and clean your privates with the other.

Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 1, Book 4, Number 146:

Narrated Abu Aiyub Al-Ansari:
Allah's Apostle said, "If anyone of you goes to an open space for answering the call of nature he should neither face nor turn his back towards the Qibla; he should either face the east or the west."

Again, another piece of wisdom. Here it is a obvious sign of respect towards ones religion. If muslims turn and face the House of Allah, the Qibla, then it makes sense to not also turn their front/back while on relieving themselves.

Yet more examples of the completeness of Islam, having taught all of lifes little issues as well. Id like to here some of Jesus' wisdom...

Fly in your drink...

Fly in your drink? - don’t worry, drink up

Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 54, Number 537:
http://answer-islam.org/Inspiredhadith2.html#FLY

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said "If a house fly falls in the drink of anyone of you, he should dip it (in the drink), for one of its wings has a disease and the other has the cure for the disease."

:o :o

Satan in your nose

Satan in your nose

Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 54, Number 516:
http://answer-islam.org/Inspiredhadith2.html#NOSE

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "If anyone of you rouses from sleep and performs the ablution, he should wash his nose by putting water in it and then blowing it out thrice, because Satan has stayed in the upper part of his nose all the night."

Remember, use you left hand and don’t point to Mecca

  • Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 1, Book 4, Number 155:

    Narrated Abu Qatada:
Allah's Apostle said, "Whenever anyone of you drinks water, he should not breathe in the drinking utensil, and whenever anyone of you goes to a lavatory, he should neither touch his penis nor clean his private parts with his right hand."
LOL.... rather clean BOTH hands BEFORE you go to the lavatory (ever tried only cleaning one hand?) and then clean BOTH hands AFTER going to the toilet. (Read all about it at the WHO site)

  • Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 1, Book 4, Number 146:

    Narrated Abu Aiyub Al-Ansari:
Allah's Apostle said, "If anyone of you goes to an open space for answering the call of nature he should neither face nor turn his back towards the Qibla; he should either face the east or the west."
Do you carry a compass with you? What about people who live to the EAST or WEST of Mecca?

:D

Damn- are you that ignorant or just plain stupid?

Where does it say not to wash Both hands? It says to clean your private parts with your left hand. Problem with that?

Seconf point....what expected immaturity...

Do you carry a compass with you? Great one Einstein...we pray towards Mecca, but for some strange reason we dont know its direction when sitting on the loo...

What about people who live to the EAST or WEST of Mecca?

Are you serious? You cannot even get your head round that, yet you seem to be all up for 'revealing the truth about Islam'...great one!

It means turn perpendicular towards the direction of the Qibla....

u know its comments like those which are the reason you have such twisted and misinformed views of Islam.

Thank you very much! Glad you mentioned it. You may think it sounds silly now, but let time and the slow discoveries of science confirm this.

You see, science will one day confirm this to be true(if it hasnt already) and when it does, i pray to Allah that you remember saying such a thing, and then we'll see whose laughing.

What i did find now:

"Disease Carrier: The House Fly is often a carrier of diseases, such as typhoid fever, cholera, dysentery, and anthrax."(http://www.enchantedlearning.com/subjects/insects/fly/Houseflyprintout.shtml)

At least now we can say that house flies DO carry diseases, as confirmed by science. We have to wait for the discovery of the notion of the two wings. Nevertheless, how did he even know the house fly contained a disease? Damn he was a lucky guesser wasnt he?

But do not forget this quote you have given, i will hold you to it.

EDIT:

Science 292 said:
So then, flies are not only pathogenic carriers but also carry microbiota that can be beneficent. These fly microbiota are bacteriophagic or germ-eating. Bacteriophages attack viruses and bacteria. They can be selected and bred to kill specific organisms. The viruses infect a bacterium, replicate and fill the bacterial cell with new copies of the virus, and then break through the bacterium’s cell wall, causing it to burst. The existence of similar bacteria-killing mechanisms in two bacteriophages suggests that antibiotics for human infections might be designed on the basis of these cell wall-destroying proteins.

In relation to the thrice (why have u underlined it?) it is not anything out of the norm in ablution. Most parts are washed thrice. For the part regarding Satan, i have no knowledge of, but, commentary is needed on it so as to reveal what exactly is meant by it, and if i do find out, Insh'Allah (God Willing) I will let you know.

In the meanwhile just take a look at the wonderful wisdom of Ablution...~here~

and while ur there, take a look at the vast amount of other scientific miracles of the Quran.

Two options... the fly

Oh dear...

Bilal, you have two options when a fly falls into your drink.

(1) Discard the drink (fly and all included)
(2) Remove the fly

..... but wait!! The "scientist" Muhammad has a 3rd option. (3) Take the fly and dip the other wing in the drink as well :o :o :o :o

Be honest now (can you be? Muhammad lied for his religion... do you?)

Be honest now.... do YOU (personally) practice option (3)?

:-? :-?

Remember, Muhammad thought that ONE wing had the disease and that the OTHER wing had the cure!!!

.

One mans ablution is another man's drink...

Bilal said:

YES... what "wonderful" wisdom.

One man's ablution is another man's lotion and drink

Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 1, Book 4, Number 187:
http://answer-islam.org/Inspiredhadith2.html#WATER

Narrated Abu Juhaifa:
Allah's Apostle came to us at noon and water for ablution was brought to him. After he had performed ablution, the remaining water was taken by the people and they started smearing their bodies with it (as a blessed thing). The Prophet offered two Rakat of the Zuhr prayer and then two Rakat of the 'Asr prayer while an 'Anza (spear-headed stick) was there (as a Sutra) in front of him. Abu Musa said: The Prophet asked for a tumbler containing water and washed both his hands and face in it and then threw a mouthful of water in the tumbler and said to both of us (Abu Musa and Bilal), "Drink from the tumbler and pour some of its water on your faces and chests."

Guess again...

Why does a person have trouble waking up for prayers? Let’s ask Muhammad why

Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 2, Book 21, Number 245:

Narrated 'Abdullah :
A person was mentioned before the Prophet (p.b.u.h) and he was told that he had kept on sleeping till morning and had not got up for the prayer. The Prophet said, "Satan urinated in his ears."

Sleeping in your nose or urinating in your ears.... THAT is what Satan does!

Firstly, it has been scientifically proven that the house fly is a carrier of various diseases...tell me how would the Prophet (pbuh) have known this?

Its sweet how you take an argument and twiddle around with it using immarturity...

Tell me this: what if you had drunk from the cup AFTER realising the disease ridden fly had fallen into it? Tell me that...

I have never had a fly fallen into my drink...hardly any flies here....but if it did, yes i would follow the Prophet (may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), because I have faith in ALLAH (swt)...

Again u mock this in ignorance,,,,read here

"Only in modern times was it discovered that the common fly carried parasitic pathogens for many diseases including malaria, typhoid fever, cholera, and others. It was also discovered that the fly carried parasitic bacteriophagic fungi capable of fighting the germs of all these diseases."

Muhammad a liar? U want me to show you some more miracles of the Quran, and then we'll see who is lying?

PS. any wisdoms of Jesus?

OK...IM-GOING-AS-FASTS-AS-I-CAN...SORRY-IF-ITS-NOT-FAST-ENOUGH-FOR-YOU....<gasps>

"...Anything which lies beyond the reach of common sight or is invisible to the unaided naked eye, could well be described by this word[jinn (of which Satan is one)]."

So from that definition, we can say that bacterium can also be considered here, as the meaning of jinn (satan). If true, then that is why they are invisible to us, and we are invisible to them, because their eye sights can not cover our gigantic bodies. Think of it as you standing on earth. Can you, while standing on earth, see the entire earth with your eye without using any existing technology? Absolutely not. Same thing with these "Jinns". To them we are places they can live in and feed on, and to us, they are absolutely invisible.

So then it can be considered that it is referring to bacteria, here, as that is proven to be found in the nasal cavaty.

I feel it is neccesary to get something staright here, since i have realized most, if not all of your claims are from hadiths, and i havent seen one yet from the Quran.

I sincerely doubt that this ever took place. The narrations of the Hadiths were done through verbal transmissions. One person would give a narration with his own words, then another person would say "I heard such and such say that Prophet Muhammad said...", then another person would say "I heard such and such that he heard from such and such, that he heard from such and such, that he heard from such and such, that Prophet Muhammad said...."

Some of those transmissions were either fabricated, or altered. That is why Muslims are very careful when it comes to the Hadiths and their narrations.

It is generally agreed upon that unless the narrator was a well-known person, or a close companion to the Prophet peace be upon him, then the narration is considered "weak" or "doubtful". So there are varying degrees of authenticity to these hadiths, some are considered strong, especially if they agree with the righteous word of the Holy Quran, while others are considered by scholars to be weak.

In answer to you Gary, the narrator of this hadith above, Abu Juhaifa, is not popular, and GOD knows what his transmission of narrators were: As far as how many of them, and who were they.

So, unless you bring something from the Noble Quran, then your case can never stand strong, because Muslims themselves are not sure about the Hadiths. So you using the Hadiths to disprove Islam is something very weak.

Sincerely hope you understand.

Sleeping in your nose or urinating in your ears.... THAT is what Satan does!

This is a metaphorical expression. Please tell me you dont understand this as Satan litterally pissing in ones ears.

Allow me to try and explain...Im sure many of you have been out swimming. Sometimes, you have water that enters your ear, what feels like your whole ear flooded with water. Im sure you'll agree with me that when this happens, your hearing is drastically (temperoraily) imparied in that your hearing becomes muffled.

It is the same sense here. But you'll ask what has hearing got to do with the ability of not waking up? In those days it was the Azzan (call to prayer) that woke ppl up to prayer.(just like the sound of an alarm clock wakes u up today). So basically what its gettin at is that the person not waking up for prayer, is the work of Satan. And by saying he urinates in ones ear, it is saying metaphorically that he is preventing the Azaan from being heard.

Again, sincercly hope u understand.

Rejecting the Hadith

Bilal said:

Thank you... you prove my point. You reject some Hadith.... even the ones called "authentic" (Sahih) and collected by Bukhari.

Hence you can reject the Hadith that you built your claim on, namely, "Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind.' (Translation of Sahih Bukhari, Rubbing hands and feet with dust (Tayammum), Volume 1, Book 7, Number 331)"

You have done very well... you have admitted that Muslims fabricated or altered what Muhammad said and taught.

:D
