Bible Study Keep His Commands And Sayings.

In the parable of the tares and wheat, it was told to the servants when asked what they should do with the tares, that they should leave them be and let them grow together because they could not be told apart, and in the time of the harvest, he would send forth his angels first to gather the tares into bundles to burn. Do you know how to tell the difference between the weed and the wheat? The weed comes to maturity faster, waiting to cast forth its seed before harvest.

To the servants of the Lord at work in their masters field who wish to keep his commands and sayings: In the spring time the plowman tills the soil, and then another comes along and cast forth the seed; but it is the Lord who provides the light, it is the Lord who provides the rain, and it is the Lord who gives the increase. Now when the fall is come and the time of the harvest approaches, does the plowman continue lay furrow? Do others follow and cast forth their seed?

Who would try and sow their seed at the time of the harvest? Is it not the tare? And if you continue to labor in the field at the time of harvest trying to sow your seed, then Jesus might say an enemy hath done this. But if the servants of the Lord have listened to his commands, then they would know that their master had called them in from the field to rest; as they were told to let them grow together until the time of the harvest, but that the harvest was not for them, as to the angels it is commanded they they should gather the tares first to bundle and burn.

Are you sure that's written to you as a born again believer?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you are trying to ask me. Maybe you could rephrase your question. What am I supposed to be sure of? Am I sure it was written for me? It was addressed to the servants in the field.

What is a born again believer? Is it a believer that has been raised up in Christ? And if it is a believer that has been raised up in Christ in the resurrection, then to which born again believer are you referring; those who who are born again into the resurrection of life, or those raised to the resurrection of death?

All the word is for you as far as life application, but it is not all written to you.

What is written for me is written upon my heart. But as to those who continue labor in the field, do you agree: the plowman does not plow at the time of harvest, nor do they plant any seed?
