Let There Be Light

It's dark outside.
It's suppose to be light.
But the sky is covered with clouds.

So I said with all my faith "let there be light".
Nothing happened.
So I said " in the name of Jesus, let there be light".
Still nothing happened.

I came to the conclusion that God lets nature take it's course for the good of us all.

I think.

So I started thinking about it spiritually.
Man is in darkness.
God lets some people stay in the darkness because they don't use their faith to seek God in order to be in the light.

I think.

So what I can see is God showing me what I cannot see spiritually.

I think.

Now I'm going around a loop here.
Trying to put pieces together.
And I'm not sure I'm coming up with any answers.

Or am I?

Maybe I should ask the forum elders for advice.

the idea of light in genesis is the idea that god moved upon the creation and it acted as he wanted. that doesn't mean he didn't cause light to be literally

Let there be light, and then let there be enlightenment. Once you understand seeing in the natural, then the eyes of understanding can be enlightened.
