My eyes look happy.
And I need to brush my hair.

I needed to just about climb onto the bathroom counter to be able to see myself in the mirror. lol

Well, nice you have enough hair to brush, I guess... :)

Or maybe this more of a male comment, than to a lady.

Yes, the eyes do say a lot, whether happy, sad, etc.

Blessings.

I have more hair than I know what to do with! People always say they like my hair, but they don't know how hard it is to keep brushed.

More than you know what to do with? or more than you want? (there is a fine distinction; my wife went for the Big Chop years ago, but it's not for everyone, anyway.)

Blessings.

The length I've been keeping my hair for a while now is fine. Just so long as it's not so long that it'll get tangled easily--used to be a big problem when I was younger and my hair began to change texture.

Okay.

My wife's used to be real long. But she felt the Chop as inevitable in the end.

Seems like a lot of preacher's wives like to get a fairly thorough short-back-and-sides cut, and then keep it that way. (Not so short that it's like GI Jane, though...)

Blessings.

an abyss? man i thought i was morbid. i don't feel like posting self loathing statements today.

if its empty and without Christ. but with Christ its not dark. if he dwells in you there is no dark. that doesn't make us good but its him in us that makes us good. that is what I was saying

Okay, I look in the mirror long enough, and I see the person inside of me.
And that person inside of me is looking at me, the outside of me.
A strange feeling indeed.
I see myself looking at my soul and my soul is looking at my body.
But when my soul looks at me, it sees everything, inside and out.
Nothing is hidden.
And I think of God, how he looks at me inside and out.
I am naked, all my thoughts and feelings are naked before God.
