Being half in and half out, wanting to serve God, but still dabble in sin, or pretend that sin is not sin or finding justifications for sin.

Note: It's not just common people, bright theologians can be lukewarm too, (in all they preaching...), Zachariah (I fogot his last name), had a powerful ministry, but when he died, it was revealed he had a serious and atrocious women problem.
