Many Are Not Forgiving Michael Vick

Re: Many Are Not Forgiving Michale Vic

no, i do believe in human treatment, i have a dog and ensure it's taken care of, but if i'm in a situation i must choose to save both my wife and dog, i choose my wife, i would hate to loss my dog, but my wife is more important to me because she is my wife and human made in the image of god.

In afghanistan we shot dogs in order to relieve there suffering, we saved some as pets, vets came by treated them. Many dogs over there carried diseases we humans could catch, rabies, flesh eating diseases, cololitis, etc. An employee of KBR got rabies from a puppy(was bittten) didn't tell unti it was too late and was sent home to die.

I treated the donkeys we had in country with compassion, i got them to like me, i ensured they were treated with the vets, for worms, their shoes were renailed, the teeth floated, I have pics should you not believe me.

My point is we are human created in the image of god, and we do have a responsibility to the animals of the earth, i have no problem with that all, but they arent equals to humans, that's my point i was adressing.

Great post Jason, and you are right, your wife is worth much more, and you would be a fool to choose the dog over your wife. But I think some people will choose the dog, and I am not kidding.

Good. Over the course of the last few years, I've ran into many persons who have refused to believe that there was anything wrong with what Vic did or what dog fighters do. I am glad you're not one of them.

And just for the record, if I'm ever in a situation where I can either save my husband or save the cat...well, the cat's just gonna have to find a way to survive on her own. I love her very much, but my husband takes precedence.
