i hear good preaching every sunday heaven to gain hell to shun.sun night visited a church message unshakable faith . while there are some who preach ear tickling . the pastor preaches strong meat provides plenty back ground scripture. preaching the word is important not watering it down is important . but in the Long run we can only deliver the message .the spirit has to convict .conviction is hard to get in a service . as they realize the preacher is getting ready to close. Bible close potty break during the altar call quench not the spirit

That's good to hear.

The hard part is finding one like Ezra described. I'm not looking for a perfect one, I don't believe there is one. I just look for one that really loves God.
I think the UK needs a revival. We all seem to be asleep.

every nation does the rev fire kindled over there spread to the u.s .. you ever heard of the great welsh revival .not many are interested in supporting rev services for several nights . i was saved in a 4 week revival. they no longer have them in this area. if they do its not often you cant get folks to come...

It's years since I've heard of a revival service. I would love to go to one .... Or more! I wouldn't want to miss a second of it. Is this the great falling away or do you think there is still time for a revival if enough prayed for it to happen?

LOL no doubt. In my adult life there is no way I can get through any of the books of Leviticus, Numbers, or Deuteronomy without nodding off.

Numbers - definite snoozer
Leviticus - Some interesting stuff
Deuteronomy - some really good stuff in there

Sunday morning only as they carry their Bible to church just to take it home and put it on the shelf till next Sunday. Ask them what the message was and they will tell you they don't remember, but it made them feel good for a while. They know the name and only play the part around others. Jesus spoke woe's unto these types calling them Pharisees, Matthew 23:13-36.
