Mom Turns Own Son In

This went down about 10 blocks or so from my house. I had saw it on the news last night and I was mad because they did that to that old man. Then while I was at work today I seen on TV that the mother of one of them turned her son in after she saw him on the news. The story and video is below. Some people would say. I would never turn in my child, but this brave and just lady woke her son up and turned him in, and went to the other idiots house and turned him in too. My hat is off to this lady. How many people here would turn in their own kid ?

My Father-in-law got throne in the clink as a teenager. Called his mother to get him out and she answered ' You got in there your self get your self out'.

He was never arrested again.

Well done Mom.

i watched my sister attack my brother and it wasnt the first time. he didnt want to fight back or put a stop to her shoving etc. both were adults so i told john to stop her it will get worse.

it did, and she punched him and i with my dads agreement called the cops and they arrested her and she did a month in jail. never again did she attack me or john.

on a side note. three days before that incident she tried to punch me and i used pressure points and told her thats what it will be like if she attempts to strike me again.

john didnt. not the most joyfol thing i did but it made her change.

I've already told my kids that if I ever learn that they've done something illegal, I would indeed turn them in.

What a heartbreaking thing for a mother to have to do though.

I did -

"How many people here would turn in their own kid ?"

I tossed my daughter in jail when she stole from me. Since the justice system in Texas is a "Business for profit", it still cost me a bundle, but she learned what the inside of Texas jails looks like.

Wow that can sometimes be good for kids, it is something like Scared Straight. but if she did a little time it could be bad for getting jobs down the road.

It must be a tough thing to do but in some cases it will do more harm than good not to involve the authorities......especially in cases of physical abuse.
