Mt. Kilauea Blows Her Top With 6.9 Magnitude Earthquake...biggest since 1975. Lava Flowing Down Neighborhood Streets

Vulcanologists are nervous that the planet is doing exactly what it has been doing since God created it.

That's a very good point Brother! Especially in these end times.
Romans 8:22-23
22 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.../

The whole creation is groaning in anticipation of the redemption of man. Our earth is in pain, we are not good to her. But she knows it wont be long...

Some of those different scriptures lead me to believe that all of the earth is conscious. Man just doesn't know the language it speaks.

They might be playing with the weather a little bit but most of the increased bad weather and earthquakes and stuff is the earth, travailing as in childbirth. Like squirming around trying to get comfortable in bed when you're sick...lol.

I think we're in the last hour.

Well I for one really don't know whether or not we are in the last hours, that's something that literally only God knows, however, I'm currently more concerned about these poor people. :sad

Also particulates that block the sun. The Little Ice Age in Europe was caused by a volcano in Iceland, and it led to the French Revolution due to sparser crops.

CA is downwind. Next thing you know they're going to want to violate Federal immigration law, refuse to use their National Guard to defend the border, and secede from the Union.

Volcano

1. FIre and brimstone.

2. From the sky huge hailstones, each weighing about a talent.

That there is Volcanoes national park in Hawaii should forewarn people why their land exists. It was built on volcanic eruptions having cooled millions of years ago and is now some of the most expensive real estate in America.
It's like California where the rich and famous have their homes on sand just yards from the Pacific. Then they're shocked when an earthquake makes their house a house boat.

Nature has dominion.

After a volcano led to the the French Revolution, revolutionaries printed away their revolution with hyper inflation. The people were so unhappy about inflation that they welcomed Napoleon, who solemnly promised the people honest money. Bankers are far more likely to dissolve the Republic than Hawaiian volcanoes. Weimar did the same thing, printing away their republic with hyper inflation. The people welcomed Hitler, who promised them honest money.

A common route to despotism is bankers printing dishonest money. Volcanoes only lead to revolution if they cause an Ice Age that limits crops. Hawaiian volcanoes have been active for a long time, with negligible effect on California weather.

Another thought. The French monarchy could have kept the people happy with a strategic food reserve, similar to what Joseph did in Egypt. The US has a strategic food reserve for just such eventualities.

The reason the volcanos in Hawa'ii have no effect on California weather is that it is actually in line with Mexico. So, any change in weather would be there not all the way up in California.

They are also not very energetic. If particles only move into the troposphere, they tend to get washed out by rain. An energetic volcano puts particles into the stratosphere, where sub 2 micron particles can block sunlight.

Exactly.

When Mt. St. Helens blew it's top almost 40 years ago, the sky in Michigan turned orange as the cloud of debris floated over. The sky went closer to blue for a time, but went back orange as the cloud circled the earth. And yet, we all survived.

Wow. They might have to wear masks to protect themselves when they go out. They do that in China and India, where there is a lot of pollution.

Just stay away from the rift zones below Kilauea and you will be ok, even on the Big Island. (I have relatives in Kona on the Big Island, and they're not worried at all.)

By the way, for everyone's information there is a virtual Hawaiian luau in the lounge where everyone is invited and you don't even have to worry about volcanoes. :)

Actually, the prevailing trade winds of Hawai'i are from the East and NorthEast. Depending on the wind patterns most of the VOG blows away to the west. Kona is on the leeward side of the island and misses most of the serious VOG, but it can still be a little unpleasant. My daughter lived in South Kona for years, but has since moved back to New York. I'm glad she's not on the big island right now.
