My final message for this community

In my experience in participating in message boards, I have discovered the two most intolerant segments of society. They are, the political left and the religious right. Both are quick to BAN those who express contrary views to a virtual, internet, gulag. They are opposite sides of the same coin.

The problem with this community is that it is unwilling to call a spade a "spade" and anyone who does is banned. I'm pretty sure that if Jesus Christ himself was posting here, you folks would ban him too for making unpopular statements.

And as a not-right-wing person, I get the frustration. Christian forums tend to be overwhelmingly right wing.

I do have this to say: I also have been on different forums
and each one is different.

I have NOT experienced one that is nicer than this one....some are impossible and it seems
satan himself is posting and not other Christians.

EvolvingChristian no one is banning you because of your OP. You were given the reason why some of your post were deleted and I would have hoped you would have gone back and read the Terms of Service I asked you to read. It's not that of what you post, but how you were treating another member in a wrong way that you should have just ignored as I deleted his posting too. I have nothing personally against you and have enjoyed many of your post.

I'm sorry you feel like your going to get banned but truth be told, it hasn't even crossed our minds. You bring good discussion to the site and for the most part you play well with others.

I understand that a few of your posts were deleted recently and you were sent a notification. That doesn't mean anyone is out to get you and it doesn't mean staff is against you.

Can I be honest? I would venture to say that at one point in time, almost everyone on this site has had a post removed. It doesn't happen very often, and believe it or not, I've even had my posts removed in the past. So I know what it feels like. But sometimes we all just need a little guidance to get us pointed in the right direction again. We're all susceptible to bouts with the flesh and it gets the better of us.

Anyway, I just wanted you to know that nobody is even thinking about banning you.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that we have a Talk With The Staff forum where you can talk in private to the entire staff about anything that's on your mind. I would like to think that staff is pretty open to listening to others and we try to take things into consideration with each member.
