I notice that numerous threads on this Controversial Subject are closed ..... I'm wondering why .... ???

If we take a close look at the people who are running these circus shows (Todd Bentley, Rick Joyner, Bill Johnson, John Crowder, Patricia King, the late Bob Jones, Benjamin Dunn, David Vaughn, Stacey Cambell, and many others .....) ... What do we find ... ???

We find Rotten Fruit ..... Doctrines of Demons .... False Prophets ... False Prophecies ... Demonic Activity ... False Teachings ..... Grave Sucking (Demonic Activity) ..... Pagan Worship (Morningstar Ministries) ... and even Blasphemy ... !!! Yes Bill Johnson's Bethel Redding Church condones Blasphemy ..... >>> Tokin' the Cross ..... endorsing John Crowder, aka > The Christian Mystic (there is nothing Christian about John Crowder).

I followed all of these False Ministers (and many more) for years. I have seen the Demonic Activity and Doctrines of Demons in numerous churches. Destroyed my family and many others .....

Sorry you found a lot of harm through ministeries. Can't say much about them. I don't know anything about those people or their ministeries.

Doctrines of devils have always been and will be until the return of Christ who will then destroy that which is not of God. God gave us His Holy Spirit who teaches us what we need to know, John 14:26.

The biggest deception Satan can use is to confuse the unlearned mind. God said his people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. You forget me and my word and I will forget you and your children. This is a pretty profound statement that holds so much truth. This is why this world is in the shape it is in today with so many religions claiming they are the true religion and only they will go to heaven and those who do not conform to their ways will go to hell.

Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

Truth has now turned to deception of the carnal minds ways of thinking which produces mans interpretations, traditions of law and doctrine. Satan has such a foothold on religions and has side blinded all of us into believing whatever is taught behind the pulpit is truth because after all, they are the Priest, Rabbis, Pastors, etc. etc. and they should know what they are talking about because they are our teachers. Satan is pretty clever and the master of lies and deceit.

The church reflects the culture. For whatever reason, 21st century culture is inclined to a sort of postmodern mysticism. That's bound to show up in the church, especially the Protestant church. Nothing against Protestantism--I'm Protestant--its just...we don't have the authority structure to keep everybody in line that the RCC does, so -some- segments of Protestantism will, of course, give way to worldly pressures, over time.

On the plus side, there -are- plenty of genuine believers and good churches out there. As I type this, there are some believers giving $$$ to those in need, helping out in the community, giving someone a shoulder to cry on, praising The Lord, doing devotionals, on and on it goes. Its not all doom and gloom, not by a long shot.

Thoughts and opinions are what helps us to dig deeper into the word of God to understand His will in all things we do and say that we remain pleasing to Him. Everyone has a thought or an opinion, but not necessarily the truth. It's those certain things that are not of God that we are to expose, but not at the expense of those of different beliefs, but to show them why we believe the way we do. If you can keep this in mind before you speak then you can get your point across that is not offensive to others.

You just did comment and look, it's still here! Yeah, we delete comments if they violate the TOS. It's not that difficult to stay within the service agreement of the CF site. Most people do just fine. ;)

Save for those that are granted a pass to say anything.
At one time Christians were considered out there with our practices. People thought we were cannibals due to the description of communion.
Follow where the holy spirit leads and bad churches shouldn't be an issue. It's easy to identify the frauds on TV ministry. The one's that make God out to be a magic genie that pays faith back with material possessions and an abundance of money for one.
