new Firefox and Bookmarks

my recent Ubuntu auto update I got a update for Firefox. when I click bookmarks opens "recent bookmarks" the I have to go to bottom and click on open all book marks and now i have to scroll to find the most used ones. Before update I click on bookmarks and the other bookmarks opened and everything was handy from there. I tried to find a way to change it back but the only solution I found had several things to do but did not say where to do them, why would one need several typed entries to fix one problem? Any way I have two questions
1- does any one know a fix for this?
2- should I move to epiphany and get away from fire fox?

Roro, I can't answer your question, but if someone can address this as well, I'd appreciate it. Every time I've tried to get back into Firefox, I regret it and uninstall. Has Mozilla does anything about the cache and memory consumption Firefox amasses? I loved all the add-on's and flexibility, but it's silly to have to manually lighten it up all the time.

I haven't used Firefox in years. Switched over to Chrome and never went back. Though I did hear the most recent version of Firefox was supposed to be much faster.

That's me, but FF was fun with its customization. I love tinkering with things and tweaking them. FF has a great concept of open-sourcing its development.

Roro1972 I tried searching for bookmarks options posted in the last month, but I came up empty. This is the kind of thing my OCD would have me working overtime on. If I had FF installed, I'd probably be doing that right now. I've gotta have everything just the way I like it on my gadgets.

it seems everytime they update FF they change things and then everyone has to search to find out how to remove or change it back to the way they had it. Its getting old and time consuming.I have Ubuntu so I thought I might go with one of their browsers if they are easy to download im not a computer tech. and new to Ubuntu also.
