Justin has this route called the spires route. its named after the two circled condos, the tallest in the county so far. 13 stories. and the northern tower elevator does the 13th floor. he should finish this route. I haven't done this newer version a few months ago and it was easy. 3.5 hour walking route.

I have a new Monday. its called the royal palm pointe route. my wifes favorite area to walk and mine to run. though I prefer the road called royal palm blvd. the black area isn't where im sure I will go as I haven't been shown this route. the red part is where I have check red and one of my favorite are routes butts up to and I don't read . the other route of the 13 series doesn't touch that area and the black area is either for the 14 series one called mosquito alley, eons ago all this was swamp or groves. old ww2 images shows that is mostly groves. so there is reason why I like running the two sister roads as it has old homes from that era and before. mostly 1920-30's.View attachment 6200

Not too shabby, jason. Good for you. I remember awhile ago, a few years ago...some time ago I was like that. :)
years ago my heart rate was 38 at resting. that was in my early 20's and my cholesterol is about the same. bp is close as well. though I do have that av block level one thing. which isn't a problem.

Want to race? lol

I'm praying, too, Jason.

well travis is leaving for the county. so we will be short a man until a new hiree. this means some of the old routes I gave up to travis I will be redoing, ugh im bored of most of those. most of them were easy. mccansh park, country club , 30th st, intown holiday inn. but tom may rotate another to those.

Ahhh I see.
How many miles do you walk a day?
probably about 3 or more depending on the route. the route I ask for pray for will be about that. the loops shown called royal point is a 1 mile loop. I use that for running.

Praying that the Lord will give you the energy for your routes Jason.
thanks but its the ability to finish them and to locate the meters that I need. this route is a short one. real short. the guy showing me said he has finished prior to noon and was taking a 10 min break. I was right in how showed it. minus one meter that was taken off. the meter is where the red lines go to the bridge.

Sounds like your job will keep you healthy. Are the areas you walk safe?

the av block level one thing isn't a concern. if it gets bad enough a pace maker would be used. but its not there yet nor I pray that it shall be.
If you plan to beat me, you'll need more than a pace maker. lol

Does the guy quitting mean you'll have more hours?

not always. I can post images of Gifford and show that its a bad area relative to my county. google earth has no ground level images of that area.

when I started the Gifford middle school route I had a drunk black male trying to start a fight with me. I just ignored him.
