Nice Town Houses ! I'll take the one on the left it seems to have a vacant lot next door.

Do they have garages ?

They didn't have cars when those were built. St. Louis, near Lafayette Park. I think they are late Victorian. The area was rebuilt after a really disastrous tornado destroyed much of Lafayette Square. These were the new homes built there. I can only guess what those houses must go for when they go on sale.
