People should be more Universal

And less isolated from eachothers. Univerality is the highest level that there is.

I won't discount what you have to say, but can you elaborate a bit to what extent you would take Univerality? Should we take all doctrine from our preaching no longer teaching the deeper things of God if I'm understanding the meaning of Univerality? Thanks.

The universal term always leaves a sourness in my mouth. I know plenty of universalists. They embrace and love every ideology under the sun, except the one which mentions a crucified Christ.

Universality doesn't require any kind of religion. There could be an universal atheist as well. Univesality is the final level of everything or do you want to turn all the aliens into christianity as well?

Univerality is, basically what Jesus taught. (No male, no female; no slave, no free; no Jew, no Gentile.)
It's the opposite, and are you sure Jesus said anything about Universality?

Edit: not sure what you mean here . . could you clear it up?

I'm not sure how that would help the one not in Christ. Allowing them going to hell is sure one negative aspect of attempting to excuse one's ignorance of our Lord. I have many atheist friends and neighbors I do my best to show love if allowed, and yes, I care enough about them to have shared my faith in Christ. Is that wrong? :shrug

Nobody shouldn't be judged if he/she is not a christian. Universality is not christianlity even tho there's also some common things between these two. But,,, an orange for X and apple for Y. I'm not a proper christian, but I gave it a chance and it didn't do no harm. Just that ... I felt I can't be fooling myself with it.

Like I said I am not a proper christian. I have my reasons.
But if it works for you then that's just great!

I get that part. I'm curious what about Christianity fooled you?
Ok, well I don't feel like this religion is an obvious thing to accept by me. The bible seems like an interesting book to read but I can't put my finger on it on lot of the cases. All the paranormality makes me not believe it. Jesus cured blind people, walked on the water etc. Why hasn't nobody also had his powers after that, because it seems weird that we have to be blind and ill without him coming back down the earth to do the same again.

It's possible you're comparing you with Jesus, the only One to ever keep the law; that ministration of death (2 Cor 3:7) He gave His life for so that we might come to Him by grace and have life eternal which is a gift (Rom 6:23); not by what we do other than receiving it.
If you are not in Christ, why would I judge you?
1Cor 5:12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? (The non Christian)
1 Cor 5:13 But them that are without God judgeth.
What did Jesus say to the woman caught in the very act of adultery?
Joh 8:11 . . . Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. (Do you really think this woman never sinned in the flesh another time?)

Dear friend, when God sees us, He sees Jesus' new nature in us; not the carnal nature we exhibit many times. Paul found himself facing much the fight with the flesh in Romans Chapter 7, but he finally determines after the struggles to write in Rom 8:1 ESV, There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

On many occasions He stated that His intention was to remove the dividing wall between men (The pride in Judaism and the "possession" of The Law), and between ALL men and God. And the NT kept on showing He had done just that.

People should forsake esteem and comforts and consider more sackcloth and ashes.

Possibly. But then, I believe our Lord takes pleasure in blessing us as we ask for those blessings. Is it wrong to ask to be blessed or ask for a blessing? And get it?
Yeah, I know. Depends on what you're asking for. I'll let the Lord decide that one and ask all the same. :)
