Because they are the supernatural gifts. It's my understanding that they were a sign to unbelieving Israel.

Ok do you distinguish between these "supernatural " gifts and the gifts mentioned in 1Cor ?

1Co 12:28-31 KJV And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. (29) Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? (30) Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? (31) But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

ie. do you believe Yahweh still gifts people as Apostles, Prophets, Teachers, Church directors etc ?

Hi Agua,

I believe that the natural gifts are given, ie teaching, helping etc. However, I don't think God gives the supernatural gifts such as miracles, healing, prophecy and such. I believe those supernatural gifts we given as a sign to the leadership of Israel.
