[__ Prayer __] Pray for Jasmine.

Here's the latest on our little miracle Jasmine.
I would like to update on how Jasmine Yeaton is doing as know you have been thinking about her and praying for her, John, Nicole and each of the grandparents. I would like to report that Jasmine is doing good. All the tests she have had to check her out have turned out good. Her chest and heart where she had her open heart operation is healing nicely. The only test that did not come out good was her Feeding test. As you know she has had a feeding tube most of the time she has been in the hospital. For some reason she is having a hard time handling a bottle. She can't get the nack of it quite yet. So sometime next week they will be putting in a G tube in her stomach so they can feed her that way. The doctor said she is doing good medically and wants her to go home so she can get the social interaction she needs - such as being held, sitting up and getting outside when the weather is good, be able to ride in a car seat in a car. So hopefully by the end of next week or the beginning of the following she will be home at last. I sure want to go see her but John said I need to be patient so they can figure out things such as daily and weekly schedules for appointments and such. It is hard to be patient but guess I don't have a choice. lol Thank you for caring about Jasmine, John and Nicole. They appreciate all the prayers that have gone up and are still going up. The Lord has been working in John's life as he wants me to get him a Bible that he can start reading. I am happy about that. Thank you for being my friends and prayer partners. Prayers will still be needed in the weeks, and months ahead. I know you will continue to pray. I appreciate.

Sincerely,
Larry Yeaton

Here's another.
Hello Everyone,

If you have me as a friend on Facebook you can go to my Facebook Page and see the Latest Picture of Jasmine. She is doing fine. Just wanted everyone to get a chance to see her. Just continue to pray that she will be home in a week or so. One day she will know how many people were praying for her and now consider her family. God Bless!

Here's the latest on Jasmine.
Hello Everyone,

I want to share some very encouraging news with you. Jasmine is doing good. She had a G tube put in her stomach on Friday so she can be fed and take her medicine through this tube until she is ready to take a bottle. It seems that she will be able to go home either Wednesday or Thursday if all goes according to plans now. John and Nicole are excited but know when Jasmine gets home they will have a very watchful eye on her. I have a idea she will get spoiled. LOL Jasmine and John and Nicole have been through a lot in the last couple of months. But God has been there for them. God has answered many prayers. John and Nicole want to thank you for your prayers. I know as I do want you to continue to pray for Jasmine as she will continue to heal and grow. She is a beautiful little angel. God has something special for her life.

Will let you know when she gets home. I know that will be good news to each of you. She has become part of your lives as well as John and Nicole and know they truly appreciate it. If you want to see some new pictures that were posted on Facebook yesterday just go there and see this beautiful little angel with her very proud and happy daddy and mother. If you are not a friend on FB just ask to become a friend.

Sincerely,
Larry Yeaton

Great answer to ongoing prayers!

Jasmine is going to be very well loved. As she grows, her parents may start out as overly sheltering her. But it won't take her loving parents all that long to develop a balance for Jasmine's well being. John & Nicole are good Christian people; their home is a Christian home. They will listen to our Lord as He guides their hands & responses to their precious gift known to all of us as Jasmine.

Those are such precious words. Thank you for keeping my College Buddy's precious little Granddaughter in prayer.

Dear Friends,

I would like to announce on behalf of John and Nicole Yeaton that their precious little daughter Jasmine was released from the hospital today after being there for 54 days. Each of you have been following the journey of Jasmine, John and Nicole. You all know when she was born on February 28 they found that she had a Congenital Heart Defect and had to have open heart surgery about a month after she was born. Praise the Lord for a very good Pediatric Heart Surgeon she came through the surgery very good. We are thankful that each day after that Jasmine progressed in her healing. Thank you for your prayers for Jasmine, John and Nicole during this very long and difficult journey. Their faith has been tested. God has been there for them all during this time. Jasmine will continue to need your prayers for awhile longer. John and Nicole will continue to need your prayers for awhile longer. But Praise the Lord this little beautiful angel is home with her parents where she will receive alot of love and attention. You will see a picture of her if you go to my Facebook page. Once again thank you for your prayers for my granddaughter, son and daughter in law. I am blessed to have a wonderful son and a wonderful daughter in law. I am truly blessed to have a beautiful granddaughter. Just like her parents I am so happy she is home. I am indeed a proud grandfather. Can't wait to go see her the first time. That is another prayer. That when John and Nicole get a routine going with Jasmine that they will want me to come for a visit. Right now till I see her, hold her and kiss her she just doesn't seem real. I am sure you can understand that.

Once again thank you for your prayers and continued prayers.

Sincerely,
Larry Yeaton

The chances are good that John & Nicole have been cautioned about allowing Jasmine to be around a lot of people right now.... particularly children. Heart patients, while in the healing process, are more at risk of catching germs. In another month or so, that caution will be lifted.

Larry has every right to be a proud grandfather!

Prayers continue for Jasmine & her family.

The scripture says it like this, "When darkness overtakes the godly, light will come bursting in." Psalm 112:4NLT

That's right. I remember after my heart surgery, there were lots of cautions. Especially things that would make me sneeze of cough.

Praise the Lord in the highest! Great news on little Jasmine. May she grow strong in the Lord and know of all He has done for her. Thank you for the updates! They are very encouraging!
