[__ Prayer __] pray for my grandma

today my grandmother fell while getting out of the bath tub. she laid there for hours and needs a hip replacement. she is 90 yrs old. its a miracle she didnt die because if a family friend didnt stumble upon the house and her not answering she may have laid there for days and died.

I hope she does okay. That sounds rough, but it looks like God is already looking out for her considering what you said about her being found.

I'll pray that she is given the strength and fortitude to go thru the hip replacement and rehab... Okay, done. Is she healthy otherwise?

So sorry to hear of this. What a horrible experience for her. It sounds as if the Lord's work for her isn't finished yet. Praying that she will recover from this.

apperently cognisant, my dad called me at the mma gym last night and she was a little groggy and did ask about me.

i am unsure on her healt as last my dad told me she had a form of dementia, she isnt young and i know its not alzhemiers as dementia includes that and parkinsons and tardic dyskenisa(my wife has this and its just a shake from her meds and too much caffeine)

1) I will update you all when my parents return from the trip to miami to see her. i cant go as the time frame they want to go is too early. i prefer not to drive right after my paper route when i take trips
2) she is a stubborn jew, though i love her. pray mightily for her soul. i dare not mention christ to her if i want to see her again
3) pray my aunt jackie as well.

Father we lift Mike's grandmother up to you and pray that you be with her, we pray for healing, we thank you for your hand moving to guide the family member there so she was able to get help. We pray for the wisdom in the Dr.'s in treating her in the most efficient way and just that everything leads her back to complete health. We pray these things in Jesus name, Amen.

i will add a story to the person who found my grandmother in that condition. pat and mike. these faithful family friends were friends of my deceased uncle and they worked for him. when he died they supported my grandparents and assisted in all the help they needed. when my grandpa died they were there too and since 1998 they havent left my family. idk know if they were christians. but they have a love for my family and i cant thank them enough.

Hmmmmmmmm...
I wonder why the two posts I offered here showing my support were never added...

my grandma surived the surgery and the rehab started but alas today at the age of 92 she passed on.

those of you that have never been to a hebrew funeral its nothing like a christian one but you can actually see the jews looking to the messiah for deliverance

i can describe in another thread what that entails albeit limited as i dont fully know all the niches of judaism.
