[__ Prayer __] Prayer Request: Need good Christian friends

I would request a prayer. I often feel loneliness. I feel that I miss some good Christian friends. I attend church and small groups but I never really feel that anyone is waiting for me there. When I talk to people it's just like 'Me: Hi, how are you? He/She: I am fine'. I need closer friends than that. I am looking for people I could see more often than once a week. I know that God wants to send some solid Christian friends to my life but I dont know when. Please pray that God may have compassion on me and shorten my waiting period. It really breaks me, burdens me and makes me sad.

Dear Father, our desire for fellowship goes deeper than acquaintances, and this dear brother is asking for the kinship with his brethren like that which we have in You. Please bring those into his life that he can react with like true family, and fill his life with the satisfaction of being with those of like faith running the race You’ve given us. Have Your way in his life to Your glory, and I give You the praise for it in Jesus’ name. Amen.

This must be frustrating. I'm praying that you get a good group of Christians in your life. I would think that at your age it'd be easier (?), but I've heard from other people that its...I dunno...something about 21st century America, people float around each other and don't really connect, except on facebook and things like that.

Blah blah blah...I'm praying for you, and I hope you keep us all posted.
 
This just came in from Chopper we all know Chopper we know he loves our Lord keep him in your prayers..
.Hi my bestest friend! I'm in the hospital. I'm bleeding internally and they're trying to find the cause. Came in this afternoon and presently they have given me 1 pint of blood and I'm now on the second. I might not be on very much.

yes i am also praying to have good christian friends from pastors, ministers, elders, all believers.. to have some fellowship, to share, to encourage, to discuss, to warn, to love, to strengthen and to live like a family of God
 
Hi gang, so far I've had a scope down my throat to my stomach. No report back yet. I've had two pints of blood. I am feeling a little stronger than when I came in. I'll keep you all posted. Thank you all so very much for your prayers.
