We will know if Christianity is the true faith, by the backlash that its followers receive. Islam receives backlash but its usually in retaliation. A Islamic suicide bomber bombs up a town, and then people start hating Muslims. Its not the people that are the problem particularly, but the faith itself that can be an issue. Islam teaches oppression on Christians and unbelievers, and the people care about themselves and their community no one else. No other faiths receive backlash worth mentioning.
