Romans chapter 11 not only tells us about Israel's present and temporary blindness, but about the future redemption and restoration of Israel.
SUMMARY OF ROMANS 11
GOD HAS NOT CAST AWAY ISRAEL
1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew.

ISRAEL ALWAYS HAS A BELIEVING REMNANT
Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel, saying, 3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. 4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. 5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

THE ELECTION OF GRACE IS BY GRACE ALONE
6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

MANY IN ISRAEL HAVE BEEN BLINDED BY GOD
7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded 8 According as it is written, God hath given them the spirit of slumber, eyes that they should not see, and ears that they should not hear, unto this day. 9 And David saith, Let their table be made a snare, and a trap, and a stumblingblock, and a recompence unto them:10Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.

ISRAEL’S BLINDNESS MEANS THE SALVATION OF GENTILES
11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy. 12Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness? 13 For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:

JEALOUSY OF GENTILES MIGHT BRING SOME JEWS TO SALVATION
14 If by any means I may provoke to emulation them which are my flesh, and might save some of them. 15 For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, whatshall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

BELIEVING ISRAEL: THE “GOOD OLIVE TREE”
16 For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches. 17 And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree;

GENTILES NOT TO BE HIGHMINDED AGAINST JEWS
18 Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. 19Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in. 20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: 21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

GENTILES ARE “WILD OLIVE BRANCHES” GRAFTED IN
22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. 23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?

THE MYSTERY OF ISRAEL’S TEMPORARY BLINDNESS
25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

ALL ISRAEL SHALL BE SAVED AT THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST
26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

THE PROMISES TO THE PATRIARCHS (ABRAHAM, ISAAC, & JACOB) REMAIN
28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes. 29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

GENTILE SALVATION TO BE FOLLOWED BY JEWISH SALVATION
30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: 31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

GOD’S WAYS ARE UNFATHOMABLE
33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? 35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? 36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

Will anyone be disappointed if 'all Israel' actually means 'all Israel'; whether Christian or merely observant Jew?
Or adopted gentile by a Jewish family, son or daughter of a Jewish mother or father,my case .or a gentile convert.the later being rare.

Will anyone be disappointed if 'all Israel' actually means 'all Israel'; whether Christian or merely observant Jew?
I think the passage makes it abundantly clear that Paul was talking about the physical descendants of Abraham.
The only ones who will be disappointed will be those who don't make the cut.

Mat 25:41-43 (KJV) Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: For I was an hungered, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
44 (OCB) Then shall they also answer him, saying, "Say what?"

iakov the fool

I have Jewish blood in my veins So i guess It means i can do what ever, sin against God how ever and still be saved.
Right jasonc? Who needs the Blood of Christ if you are Jewish?

Some where in my mind i think i read one should not remarry a wife who was divorced for adultery... I believe i also read God gave Israel

Jer_3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.

Sarcasm aside we are saved by the Blood of Thee Lamb of God There is only one Salvation

I'm not an expert on this. I see isreal as any jew who saved being a fulfillment.isreal is more then just land and cities.

.
Since Christians are sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption according to Eph 4:30, is there the possibility those of Israel being sealed of Rev 7:3-8 are the very exceptions talked of in Rom 9:6, . . they are not all Israel, which are of Israel? If the 144,000 are not Israel that is saved, and actually shown with Jesus in Rev 14:1, who are they?

26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

Thats not what that says ! Israels sins were taken away at Christ's first coming by His death. Heb 10:10-18

10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

11 And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:

12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,

16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.

18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

That's not what that says ! Israels sins were taken away at Christ's first coming by His death. Heb 10:10-18
I keep hearing "that's not what it says" all the time. Do people even study this matter before responding? Do Christians even study the Old Testament to see what God has said about the future of Israel? Do Christians even understand that many parts of the Abrahamic Covenant are yet to be fulfilled?

We need to be crystal clear that during the Church Age, God makes no distinction between Jew and Gentile. But the Church Age is limited to the number of Gentiles who will enter the Church (already shown above): ...until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

So let's see what the Word of God has to say about the future redemption of Israel at the Second Coming of Christ (and this is a small fraction of all the relevant Scriptures).

In that day will I make the governors of Judah like an hearth of fire among the wood, and like a torch of fire in a sheaf; and they shall devour all the people round about, on the right hand and on the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place, even in Jerusalem. The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first, that the glory of the house of David and the glory of the inhabitants of Jerusalem do not magnify themselves against Judah. In that day shall the LORD defend the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the angel of the LORD before them. And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem. [ARMAGEDDON]

And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn. In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.

And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart; The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart; All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart... In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness....

And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.
(Zechariah 12:5-14; 13:1,8,9).

Please compare this with Revelation 1:7 to understand the connection to the Second Coming of Christ:
and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him...
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Did you have a vision? :sick
After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no man could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb!" (Rev 7:9-10 RSV)
