Responding to the blessings of other gods

Yes of course....someone may wish you well in the name of his/her god. It all depends on us to accept such or not.

Matthew 10:13
And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.

In the case of a Jewish or Muslim person, it's the very same Ggod.

A Jewish and Muslim do serve the same god. The god of this world: Satan.

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. 2 Cor 4:4

They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not. Deut 32:17

Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. Revelation 3:9

If an angel or man come to you with a different gospel, let them be accursed. (Somewhere around Gal 1:7-9)

Ask core muslims and they'd tell you GOD JEHOVAH is not the same as their God

I think you've been misled by that. Muslims consider Jews, Christians and Muslims to be "people of the book", all worshiping the God of Abraham.

New agers consider all religions to be the same god. Just because someone says they're same god, does not mean they are the same god. This could be tagged with quite a few logical fallacies. Allah is called the deceiver, and the whole religion has the spirit of antichrist, for "he that denieth the Father and the Son is an antichrist". Especially them which kill the people of the book.

The point is that even a Samaritan, who has charity and compassion for others, is preferable to a religiously-correct Levite who lacks compassion

1 John 4:7 says "Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God."

Jesus said ye must be born again.

If you're no born again, your acts of love may very well be a pretense, for even Satan and his demons transform as angels of light.

So if someone is not regenerated through faith in the one true God, their faith is false, and their love is vain.

The Samaritan would have very well been a believer, for Christ called the religious children of Satan.
