I found this to be a very interesting read of the women's role in Judaism.

Hello, Sister, and how are you all? Not long ago, I was looking at
Mary Magdalene

Mary MagdaleneFollower of Jesus, wanted to share, but wanted to know further views, and I have not found the notes, and have not prayed about this issue. Could someone share after prayer, please? Thank you, if we find any truth on this, I will let you know.

I read all of them and it's nothing more than the writings of Gnosticism that comes against the word of God.

Thank you, Sister. Do you mind my asking, or anybody else, if there is such a doctrine in her teaching?

Like anything we read of others commentaries, if they come against what God has already had written then do not follow after them as they will lead you astray. She states that these are Gnostic teachings that she seems to follow and teach others. I too would like to see the input of others.

Thanks for sharing. Indeed an interesting read. I've been convinced for a long time that God's title "father" is used in an anthropomorphic sense, which means assigning human form and emotions to a non-human entity, which, in the bible, is most commonly God, Elohim, the eternal creator. Since it is explicitly written that God is spirit (Jn. 4:24) and NOT a man (Num. 23:19), of course He is neither male nor female. Just because male and female are created in his image doesn't mean male and female are his carbon copies. God is called the Father because father in a traditional household is the closest human model - protecter, provider, instructor, and this role of father can only be understood from the perspective of the Son, it is about a loving relationship.

Many have a tendency to put a physical body to God saying God is a man not realizing God is spirit and spirits do not have any form that one can see. It's the same with Jesus as we read in Isaiah 53:1-2, but man has made Jesus out to be a handsome man by the pictures that portray Him, but yet none of us know what He looked liked when He was on earth. So many just write it off how influential women are and how they helped established the true church of Christ being the body of believers as we read in the Bible how God used/uses women.

Yeah, like this long-haired, peace-loving hippie, which is so blasphemous. It feels like the whole system of theology has gone through a makeover in the past 60 years since the civil rights movement in America, historical understanding lost, nothing is the same.

The only thing that remains the same is the word of God as He has never changed. It amazes me how many think a women's place is in the home taking care of her family and has no business in God's ministry. It doesn't matter to me if it's a man or a woman, but that of the Holy Spirit teaching us all truths through them.
