that area , has no houses on it. just north of it. it has homes. The photo of the Ocean Grill (your post #2465, I presume) is rather dark. It appeared to be a business as opposed to a house, but I wasn't sure what business it was. It does, however, appear to be in great shape!

about 925 am. I was just walking up to get the water meters for it. I knew I was going to get the photos on this route. the home shown is left to rot. it wasn't that way last year. it might be an old homeOkay ... I wasn't sure when the pictures were taken. No worries, though... I'm learning!
the home was built in 1949. almost ww2. rare one in that area.

No,the meter is pulled to include the drop to it.I read this home from two ways.the electric meter first as I'm just north of It and I walk to a condo to the east then I loop back to it from the east after getting beach land to the north.I used to live right near this home.it's water meter is still there and it's shut off.its possible a demo may take place.it was occupied when I last read this route a year or so ago.I remember the lady who lived there with her jack russel.eye candy.she was filipino.the last name and her appearance, not a hispanic,is how I know.she was surprised I knew that.I'm not sure what happened.it's not in her name. I'm sure that she was a tenant. Someone in NJ owns itIs any work being done on the house?

It's not done. They were working on it when I took that. They've done what looks to be an excellent job with rehabbing the exterior

Sorry, but the village spire leaves me cold. I wouldn't want to live there at all.
