That's crazy! The 13th floor generally doesn't appear on elevators. Some places refer to that floor as the mezzanine level.

Waldo sexton built a restaurant it was called the rose garden tea room.then it became the palms and lastly Marvin gardens.it had a stage .the stage isn't far from it.a home owner made it part of the pool deck.
