What is this a picture of? I don't recall it........
Incenorator, one of five that powered camp blanding.while there I found even more ww2 history,a quasenhut,a motor pool that was raised.I was standing on it to photo that
You have seen that, I was asked what the use was and told the story .I also found a railroad bed to which I was recently told goes back to 1918.I will verify .the trains then didn't have to back up but loop around to the track of origin the switch is still there.it's how I found it.I was looking for the other spurs.

I took my dslr to take those.

Zoom lens. I will edit those and post in black aND white

(I like them in color)
Takes the historical look.I see old photos of blanding in situ and black and white.I try to make all my photos look like that time if I know it's a ww2 era .

The front doors of the place are hideous. With such a huge entrance, something very grand and ornate (in the Art Deco style) could have been done. Instead....it was a very poor use of entrance.
Never was.they are showing you the finish I have see. The finished look concept. The problem here is that per law they must use the historic look.the doors

are close.I will post the then photo again.

As you can see the original windows are an aproximation.it was not quite art deco,it's more of a masonry vernucular.it's masonry is quite interesting at sunrise.I plan to photo big blue at sunrise and one day this plant

Well, I still don't like how they did the main entrance. It's just not attractive, laws or no.
