That has a colorful history,a geanologist has contacted me and says she has its story. It's was a home,and it had efficiencirs to the north and it looks like it still did up to recently with the two next to it. It's a physical therapy office now,it was a restaurant, bar,a brothel supposedly,a murder occured in it,an officer club during the navy.it waa derelict fir a number of years in the 80s .I do remember that.

Not this one,the one vero nas was the current ocean grill.it was called club mac.

This one likely if it was would be for the navy base out of ft pierce,though it ranged from sewell island to vero on the barrier island

Winger is a retired banker.sadly I shall miss big blue and I do wish a hotel or a marina could make use of it.I have no say in this matter

As far as fpl? He'll no.they are not interested in saving you money.im. not for denying profit but in this matter pay up or dnot have power .they asked for another rake hike to pay for frackING ,great you can but I don't feel the need to buy power from you! I believe going the route of Texas with utilities. No monopolies

I just can't see any up side to the selling, unless one is FPL.

After the 6 years and the fiasco of millions of dollars lost in the process, any further consideration to FPL should be treated with a 'Thanks, but no thanks.'

I.agree but the voters wouldn't allow that.
I could easily slip out facts such as well if you have large home with a demand meter you will not save money but pay even more!commercial rates apply.Winger has been straight up.

It's amazing to consider that residential residers would cheer at the idea of paying more for power. Sorry....for rate hikes for power/natural gas, I boo & hiss. (Well, not in public, anyway)

It's gets even better.

But first given the handford accident razing plants like big blue might not be wise as if our congress bans nuke power these will be needed.the ouc has three plants,it can't power it all nor could fpl.

If nuke plants are banned, then all the utility companies will be in a big rush to build new plants. Haste can bring poorly constructed plants.

Those could be built fast.
