I was standing right where it appears to take that photo looking up.there's a water pipe there thar has a meter on it.next time during cycle 5 I'm taking my camera. I could have got a perfect photo of these.btw there's call boxes ,which are or were common on old military ranges and ,I used them to enter ,the lady responded power plant how may I help you.they can see me photographing.I will photo this area again. A few pipes left from the tanks. Cng valve one and two.

I can't get those angles but I can walk up to get a photo looking east from the outer fence and zoom in to the pumps.I thought they moved them ,instead just leaving them off.I can zoom in on the east side.I will go out and do the proused night photo first. Oh the city is asking for photos of its facilities. Too bad I can't use this.I have a tower one I will send.

Public ,I haven't photographed the other areas much.I have leisure square,and terminal.but I have to wait until the ts passes.Emily should hit me in the morning and also

The airport director knows me and the fb page knows that I have photos. I never violated any trespass areas when I photographed that.they can see me taking them.they have told me I missed a water meter when I first read the piper route.I have to ask permission to enter into the compound to get a demand read.
