The building is old, or at least the architecture design is old.
(It actually reminded me of a government building in Nassau, Bahamas!)

It was built by the bank of Scotland, then it became Center state Bank

Oh....that would have been the time period when the Bank of Scotland was going into business with Pat Robertson.
That is..........before Robertson went on his tv show and railed against the gays who worked for the Bank of Scotland, and how that behavior would be brought to America and infect Americans. It was such rot! Robertson wanted a reason to back out of the deal in order to get a financial settlement, which he did get even though he was at fault.

1930,my fil raced on humiston beach in a car of this make but a later year.he had a 442 hemi,and it was named the road runner.my wife has a photo.
