It’s an adaptogen that is used in eastern medicine for about everything including schizophrenia or whatever their term for schizophrenia is…

These days that means mitigating adverse effects from tranquilizers while maximizing overall health. Trying it out and so far I’m impressed.

Also…mostly available as a whole herb preparation not an extract. I kind of like that with this because it means a wide dosing range.

It’s a plant that’s safe and supposedly safe for everyone. I choose whole herb not an extract because it’s got a wider dosing range. I can take 1 capsule multiple throughout the day…

Apparently very safe. Less data on stronger extracts not messing with those.
