Well, why would it be weird. I guess it's common to perceive it as such.

However, why is it or should it be weird? Scripture does say to acknowledge him in all your ways. It also says we can't hide from him, and that he knows all that we do. So...

prayer of gratitude for sex. okay yeah we could but well trust me, I don't know any man sinner or saved that he has to be reminded of being thankful for sex with a woman. we don't have to go there with that one, its implied, if you know what I mean.
 
To each their own and all, but that is a weird thought.
Kinda like how I used to thank God for my toys as a five year old...like yeah, nothing wrong with that, but why not thank God for things that get taken for granted. Like breathing. I don't miss the ability to breathe until it's obstructed.

I know that situation. that first asthma attack while running. yup nothing feel your throat close for a second or two and gasp for air. then be able to breathe.

Yep, don't forget the very basics we take for granted

I thank him for creating me/basic life, and the opportunity to have it forever, almost daily.
