Here in Mayberry we haven’t had time to study the Civil Rights Act of 1964. We’ve asked Judge Taylor, Sheriff Taylor's first cousin, for a two-year postponement so we can study all the legal matters related to this Act.

Respectfully Yours,
Horace Taylor
Mayberry County Attorney
and first cousin of Sheriff Andrew Taylor

Hold it, Buddy. Mayberry is NOT a hick town! Why, we're the home town of Gomer Pyle, remember?

Opie’s ears would always hug his head, so those that cared about him would pull them out whenever they had time.

not that Spock. dr spock is the guy that came with the idea that children can be warped by corporal punishment

I think an investigation should go into how Ward and June Cleaver treated their two sons, Wally and Beaver. I wouldn’t be surprised if Ward spanked them both!

Goober was the genius. Had they made him sheriff, the show never would have been canceled.

It would have saved the county money on automobile maintenance.

Wally wouldn’t let anyone work at his filling station who wasn’t entirely qualified.

they didnt have ase's back then. niasef didnt start till the lates 60's.besides those cars were soo simple back then. carb technology vs all the computer(s) we have. some cars have computers that only operate tail/turn/brake lights.
